At present,the atmospheric environment situation in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and its surrounding areas is still grim during autumn and winter,and the number of days of heavy pollution accounts for more than 90%of the whole year.With the implementation of the national battle to win the bule sky protection campaign,the prevention and control of air pollution has entered a new period,while developing the economy,protecting the environment and realizing green mountains and clear water.At the same time,the main equipment of heating and power supply unit in northern China is coal-fired industrial boiler,which is also a large emitter of nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide.With the improvement of social economy and living standard,people demand more and more environmental quality,and the consciousness of protection is increasing day by day.As NOx emissions Coal-fired power plant boilers,which account for 50%of the country,have become an important goal of environmental improvement,especially in 2018,when the State Council announced the "three-year Action Plan to win the Blue Sky Defense War",which requires speeding up the low-nitrogen transformation of gas-fired boilers.In principle,the nitrogen oxide emission concentration should not be higher than 50 mg/m3.This study conducted field research and monitoring of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides from an Huaneng thermal power plant,studied the actual discharge of the plant,and affected the coal used in the plant.Results Actual emission and combustion factors discussed the emission reduction potential of existing facilities by scenario analysis.The following research results were obtained by the research:(1)The emission level range of exhaust gas TSP、SO2、NOx of coal-fired industrial boiler in Huaneng power plant is 11.3-13.5 mg/m3、63.8-70.9mg/m3、49.7-53.1mg/m3,removal efficiency is 99.96%,99.52%and 60%,respectively;(2)nitrogen and sulfur content in coal and combustion-supporting gas flow have great influence on the formation of nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide in boiler coal combustion,while the diameter of coal particles and furnace combustion temperature have great influence on the formation of particulate matter and nitrogen oxides,and the temperature and coal particle size also have a certain effect on SO2 formation;(3)the analysis of pollutant emission reduction ability shows that the SO2 and NOx of air pollutants in a coal-fired industrial boiler in Huaneng power plant with a certain emission reduction potential,especially the great potential of NOx emission reduction.under the ideal emission control scenario,the emission of particulate matter and SO2、NOx of coal-fired industrial boilers in power plants is reduced by 9.6%,9.7%and 41.3%respectively compared with 2016,and the emission reduction reaches 5 tons,31.2 tons and 116 tons respectively.(4)With the increase of industrial boiler capacity and the development of technology,the cost of NOx and discharging capital and the operating cost are decreasing,which is beneficial to the enterprise’s pollutant emission reduction,emission reduction and total reduction.Ensure quality control is stable and controllable.At the same time,through the introduction of incentive competition mechanism,mobilize the initiative of the project team,continuously improve management efficiency.
