| At present,my country has entered the 14 th Five-Year Plan.The plan points out that a higher level of Safe China will be built,which puts forward higher requirements for safe production and emergency management.The construction industry is a pillar industry of my country’s economy.Due to the large number of projects,the large number of participants,and the high safety risks,the number of construction safety accidents has remained high and has been increasing year by year.The problem of construction safety production has become increasingly prominent.However,for an engineering project,an emergency is a very small probability event,and the type,scale,and degree of harm cannot be estimated.Therefore,it is difficult to prepare for a comprehensive and self-sufficient response.Academically,although many scholars have done a lot of research on the safety management and emergency management of construction engineering,there is little research on the emergency linkage of construction engineering.Therefore,this article uses a combination of subjective and objective analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis,to study the emergency linkage of construction safety in construction projects.First of all,check the domestic and foreign research results on emergency linkage theory.Based on the theory of emergencies,accident cause theory,and emergency linkage theory,a building composed of subject dimension,object dimension,space dimension,and time dimension is established.The multi-dimensional emergency linkage theory of engineering construction safety emergencies forms the theoretical basis of this article;secondly,under the theoretical framework,a multi-dimensional emergency linkage capability evaluation index system for safety emergencies in construction is determined,including 4 first-level indicators And 23 secondary indicators;then,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed based on the system,and a combination weighting method combining subjective and objective weighting was used to calculate the weights;finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was applied to actual engineering projects,Calculate the quantitative emergency linkage capability of the engineering project,discuss the calculated weight and evaluation separately,and propose modification suggestions. |
