| As our country’s urbanization process accelerates,the scale of cities continues to expand,and the problem of traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.The development of urban rail transit has become an inevitable choice to solve this problem.Urban rail transit is an efficient urban transportation mode that can meet economic development and protect the ecological environment.It seems to have become the main mode of urban public transportation in major cities.With the development of science and technology,advanced technologies such as rolling stock,automatic control,electric power,communication,and signaling have also been applied to the various subsystems of the subway.Many aspects represent and reflect the current level of high-tech scientific and technological development.However,the development and application of high-tech science and technology have also brought corresponding risks to the safe operation of subways.On the one hand,the technology cannot be developed to perfection,and defective equipment may cause accidents;on the other hand,human-made improper behavior or management errors may cause safety accidents too.Therefore,it is imperative to manage operational risks.In addition,risk management in the operation process,as a prerequisite for the development of operation activities,determines the success or failure of operation management to a large extent.This thesis mainly analyzes the operational risk management of Tianjin Metro Line 9.Firstly,it explains the current operational risk management status of Tianjin Metro Line 9,puts forward the existing problems and causes of the problems,and conducts targeted analysis and research.Then combined with the characteristics of rail transit vehicle engineering and the characteristics of Tianjin Metro Line 9operation,to sort out the risk points in operation and the management issues of operational risk.At the same time,analyze the factors of each risk,find the root cause of the risk,and evaluate and classify the events caused or likely to cause by the risk point.Finally,put forward response and monitoring measures for operational risks.This includes not only the risk reduction methods for each generating factor,but also the response and monitoring of the risk throughout the life cycle,that is,preventive monitoring and response,in-process response,post-closing monitoring and continuous safety management.Based on the research on the operational risk management of Tianjin Metro Line 9,this paper hopes to improve operational risk management capabilities and management efficiency,reduce the occurrence of unsafe accidents,and avoid casualties,property losses and adverse social impacts.It is also hoped that the operational risk management research of Line 9 will play a positive role in the management of other domestic rail transit lines. |
