| In the special period of rapid iteration of the global economy,innovation has become a great help for enterprises to occupy the competitive advantage.In the situation of intensifying competition,enterprises cannot achieve their long-term development goals without the support of innovation.For enterprises,innovation needs to rely on their own employees,so employees are an important resource.How to promote employees to innovate vigorously,how to improve their innovation ability,and then improve the enterprise comprehensive innovation ability has become the focus of the theoretical and practical circles.Authorizing this new modern enterprise management means is conducive to playing an important role in encouraging employees,promoting the rapid growth of employees,and effectively enhancing their innovation ability.Whether authorization can play its role requires not only sufficient management mandate,but also by the level of impact of such authorization on employees’ psychological perception.Combined with China’s basic national conditions,after entering the era of digital economy,innovation no longer relies too much on organizations,but relies more on individuals.With a large number of information resources,individuals have strong capabilities and opportunities for innovation.In such a situation,the relationship between psychological authorization and employee innovation is discussed to open up a new path to solve the problem of "how to stimulate employee innovation behavior".This paper starts from the perspective of individuals,by introducing the special control variable,taking Company A as a specific case,deeply studies the correlation between employee psychological authorization perception and employee innovation behavior,establishes the corresponding theoretical research model,and carries out empirical analysis on this basis.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,according to the development status of Company A,we put forward constructive opinions to stimulate the innovative behavior of employees.This paper takes Yangling A Company as a specific case to conduct a questionnaire survey for employees,and to summarize and analyze the data and information obtained.At the same time,the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested to clarify the relationship between different variables,and conduct regression analysis,making clear that the theoretical model established in this article met the accuracy requirements.Through data analysis,the hypothesis proposed in this paper shows the positive relationship between the four dimensions of the psychological authorization and the employee innovation behavior;compared with the enterprise external control employees,the psychological authorization has a greater impact on the innovation behavior of the internal control employees.Combined with the research results of this paper,it is believed that Company A urgently needs to improve the awareness level of the employee psychological authorization,and for the employees with differences in the control points,the attention to the psychological authorization status of the employees should be put forward targeted improvement suggestions combined with the specific situation. |
