Exploring ecosystem services in basin areas,including value evaluation,relationship evolution,and construction of ecological compensation mechanisms,coordinates the contradiction between regional economic development and ecological environment and makes the regional ecology and economy develop in a balanced direction.At present,research results on the ecosystem are relatively rich,which has referential significance for rational arrangements and allocations of ecological environment resources in the region and formulation of related policies.This study uses unit area of different land-use types in the Min River Basin as the main data source and combines ecological service value per unit area of different terrestrial ecosystems in the Min River Basin to calculate the value equivalent of the ecosystem service unit area in the Min River Basin in 2006,2011,and 2016.It applies the estimation model ESV to evaluate the ecosystem service value of the Min River Basin.On the basis of value evaluation,the ecosystem service synergy model is introduced to digitally evaluate the relationship between ecosystem services in the Min River Basin.In addition,the calculation method of regional ecological compensation standards is adopted,and the ecological compensation priority is quantified to formulate an ecological compensation mechanism that matches the development status of the Min River Basin.The research results show that:(1)The value of ecosystem services in the Min River Basin decreased from 1.01×1011yuan in 2006 to 1.00×1011yuan in 2016,showing a downward trend.Among the value of individual ecosystem services,soil conservation has the highest function.From the perspective of changing trends,from 2006 to 2016,the raw material production function,gas regulation function,climate regulation function,and soil conservation function all increased steadily;the value of purification function service increased first and then decreased,peaking in 2011,providing aesthetic landscape The functional value is the same;the hydrological regulation function and the food production function service value declines,and the absolute value of the average change rate of the food production function is as high as 66.71%.Within the Min River Basin,with counties and urban areas as the boundary,the maximum value of total ecosystem service value per unit area is Shunchang County,and the minimum value is Changle City;the above middle and lower reaches are the boundaries,and the three-year average ecosystem service value presents upstream>midstream>downstream phenomenon.(2)Comparing the ecosystem service value of the Min River Basin with the GDP value during the same period,in 2006,2011 and 2016,the GDP value of the Min River Basin was 2.6 times,5.8 times and 9.8 times of the total value of ecosystem services,respectively.While GDP is showing an upward trend,the total value of ecosystem services has shown a slight decline,and there is no good coordinated development trend between them.(3)The Min River Basin ecosystem weighs the synergy relationship.Between 2006-2011 and 2011-2016,the dominant relationship between services has been synergy,and the proportion of synergy has increased significantly,but the absolute value of synergy has gradually decreased.(4)The ecosystem in the upper reaches of the Min River Basin weighed the synergy relationship.Between 2006-2011 and 2011-2016,the dominant relationship changed from synergy-based,and balance-based to synergy-based.Although the degree of synergy has not increased,the proportion of synergistic relationships has increased significantly.(5)In the study of ecological compensation,in2016,the total amount of theoretical ecological compensation in the Min River Basin was58.710 billion yuan.The compensation for forest ecosystems accounts for 82.67%of the total compensation standard,and the compensation for cultivated land accounts for8.05%of the total compensation standard.Grassland,water area,and construction land accounted for 4.46%,4.69%,and 0.13%respectively.The amount of compensation for unused land is almost zero.(6)The priority of ecological compensation in the middle and upper reaches of the Min River(Nanping City(Jianyang District,Yanping District),Pucheng County,Jian’ou County,and Guangze County)is much higher than that of other districts,and belongs to the priority compensation area.The lower reaches(Fuzhou(Cangshan District,Taijiang District,Gulou District,Jin’an District,Mawei District),Lianjiang County,Yongtai County,Changle City,Dehua County)belong to the areas that actively pay the corresponding compensation amount.On the basis of combing the relevant theories at home and abroad,this study formed the Min River Basin ecosystem service value evaluation system,quantified the actual standards of ecological compensation in each county and city,and determined the order of ecological compensation in each county and city in the Min River Basin.It has a strong reference value for the government to formulate ecological protection and economic development in a coordinated area,and at the same time has a certain reference value for similar areas.
