| The "Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers(Trial)",as the basic basis for the construction of secondary school teachers,incorporates teaching design ability into one of the dimensions of the basic professional ability of teachers’ teaching,reflecting its important position.At present,there are few studies on the performance evaluation of pre-service chemistry teachers’ teaching design ability.The construction of the index system can promote the scientific and accurate evaluation of pre-service chemistry teachers’ teaching design ability,understand the level and current situation of the group’s teaching design ability,and help pre-service chemistry teachers recognize Clear the deficiencies in teaching design ability,and accurately find the direction of improving ability.This study sorted out the relevant literature and identified the research questions: how to construct a performance evaluation index system for teaching design ability suitable for pre-service chemistry teachers;how to test the quality of evaluation tools;Instructional design assignments to understand the status quo of their instructional design capabilities.According to the research questions,through the research review of relevant literature,the common elements of teaching design ability are obtained from the professional standards of teachers’ teaching at home and abroad.The performance evaluation index system of teachers’ teaching design ability.In order to further verify the feasibility of the index system,the index system was revised by synthesizing the results of expert interviews and questionnaires.Finally,the scientificity of the index system was verified through empirical research on the performance evaluation of pre-service chemistry teachers.Based on literature analysis and practical research,this study determined the pre-service chemistry teacher’s teaching design ability evaluation system.Each secondary indicator consists of four performance levels.In order to test the tool quality of the index system,a questionnaire on the teaching design ability of pre-service chemistry teachers was compiled according to the index content,and applied to the evaluation of pre-service chemistry teachers’ teaching design ability.Reasonable.The research also uses the index system to evaluate the performance of pre-service chemistry teachers’ instructional design assignments.The results show that there is no significant difference in the evaluation results of different raters,indicating that the index system has good rationality and feasibility.Due to the limited level of researchers,the constructed indicator system needs to be improved,and the content of teachers’ performance needs to be described in more professional terms.In addition,the collected samples of teachers are limited,and the survey sample size should be increased in future research to further improve the indicator system. |
