The Application Of Traditional Sun Symbols In Ceramic Cultural Creation In Rizhao Area ——A Case Study Of "Light Of Dongyi" Black Pottery Tea Set

As the center of the solar system,the sun is the most easily observed natural phenomenon on the earth.Since ancient times,it has become the object of worship at the beginning of the birth of various human civilizations.With the continuation of human civilization,the worship of the sun has developed into the "God making movement" and formed the solar God word.In contrast to the infancy of civilization,the world’s East and West（including the American continent）gave birth to five major human civilizations.Today we call them five places of worship for the sun culture（Machu Picchu in Peru,Konarak Sun Temple in India,Abu Simbel temple in Egypt,Delphi Apollo temple in Greece and Tiantai Mountain in Rizhao City,China）.Located in the southeast of China’s Shandong Province,Rizhao City is located in the middle of Chinese mainland coast and on the coast of the Yellow Sea.It is named for the "first light at sunrise",and it is the birthplace of the Da Wen,Longshan culture and Ju culture.Rizhao is the birthplace of the sun culture in ancient China,and one of the five largest birthplaces of the sun culture in the world.Tiantai Mountain,the birthplace of Oriental Sun Worship,is located in the south of taoluo Town,Rizhao City.It is recorded in Shanhaijing and Bamboo Annals.This paper focuses on the theme of Rizhao’s "Oriental Sun Worship Culture",takes the sun culture and "rich tourism city" as the guidance,promotes the integrated development of sun culture and cultural and creative industries,and is committed to the brand building of"Oriental Sun City"and the development of tourism cultural and creative products,so as to promote Rizhao and southern Shandong,And even the integration development of culture and tourism in the whole ancient Dongyi culture area.The biggest innovation of this paper is to use the sun culture,give full play to the advantages of mountain sea interaction,and connect the sun culture and tourism elements with the help of ceramic works and product creation.Culture is the soul and life of a city.A city without culture is empty and without connotation,so it is difficult to retain people;And the city is the representation and carrier of culture.How to make the city rich in cultural and creative products and highlight the local characteristic culture is very important.It also has a significant impact on the future tourism development.This paper tries to grasp the long history of the sun culture,deeply excavate the sun culture and Dongyi culture,and endow them with rich modern connotation and form distinctive cultural and creative works.
