The water-based varnishing machine uses water-based varnishing oil to varnish the surface of the print,which is non-toxic and non-polluting.After the print has been varnished and laminated,the surface needs to be dried using drying equipment.The current drying process of water-based varnish uses infrared drying,which consumes more energy.Therefore,the search for green,economical and low energy consumption drying equipment for water-based varnishes is an urgent research problem to be solved.Compared to traditional infrared lamps,carbon heat sources have a higher electrical heat conversion rate and are ideal for drying heat sources in water-based varnish machines.The preparation process and electrothermal performance of the carbon-based heat source in the drying equipment is an important key technology.In this thesis,the best process parameters for the preparation of carbon based heat sources were obtained by studying the electrical conductivity mechanism of carbon based materials,and the drying heat sources for aqueous varnishers were prepared using a screen printer.The effect of different preparation conditions on the drying effect and thermal conductivity of the carbon heat source is investigated,and the temperature rise of the carbon heat source with time,current and resistance is studied.The drying system of the water-based varnish machine mainly consists of a print conveying device,an electrically heated drying chamber and an automatic print collection device.After the print is varnished by the water-based varnish machine,it arrives at the electrically heated drying chamber through the conveying device,where it is heated and dried by the carbon heat source,and finally the print is collected by the automatic collection device.The drying effect of water-based varnish is influenced by many factors,not only related to the material of the print,the amount of varnish and the transmission speed,but also related to the temperature of the air in the electric heating room and the flow speed,etc.The temperature of the hot air in the electric heating room is crucial to the drying effect,and the temperature of the drying system can be changed by controlling the heating temperature of the carbon heat source,thus affecting the varnishing effect of the print.The Raspberry Pi 4B is used as the control kernel for the water-based varnish machine drying equipment control system,combined with the temperature detection module,electric heating module,communication module and other components.The sensor of the temperature detection module is MLX90614 infrared temperature sensor,through the sensor detects the heat temperature of the carbon heat source,after comparing with the set temperature value,the temperature difference value is obtained and given to Raspberry Pi 4B,the corresponding control algorithm is selected for calculation and the output drive signal is given to the actuating element Raspberry Pi relay,through controlling the opening and closing of the relay contact to achieve the power of the carbon heat source and power off,thus controlling the power of the carbon heat source.In turn,it controls the heating temperature of the carbon heat source.Until the set drying temperature and the actual output drying temperature are the same,the water-based varnish machine drying system tends to stabilise,realising the automatic control of the water-based varnish machine drying heat source temperature.In this topic,the algorithm of the control system of the drying equipment of the water-based glazing machine is studied,and the controller model is designed based on the PID algorithm and the Dalin algorithm principle.Through modeling and simulation in Simulink of MATLAB,it is concluded that the Dalin algorithm can eliminate the control system Compared with the PID control algorithm,it is more suitable for the control system of the drying equipment of the water-based glazing machine.
