With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people attach more and more importance to dietary health.Because of its rich nutrients,dried fruit is increasingly sought after by the public.The social demand is increasing year by year,and the dried fruit processing industry has also been greatly developed.However,many problems such as outdated processing equipment,low efficiency,high energy consumption and poor product quality are common in the process of dried fruit processing in our country at this stage,resulting in serious postpartum loss and waste of dried fruit.Therefore,how to improve the processing efficiency of dried fruits,reduce energy consumption and ensure the quality of fruits is particularly important.In this paper,aiming at developing an efficient and energy-saving processing equipment suitable for Xinjiang special fruit products,aiming at the problems of drying and preservation technology in the process of processing dried fruit,a mobile drying and fumigation equipment based on air source heat pump was designed and developed,which is suitable for the climate characteristics of Xinjiang.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,by analyzing and comparing the current situation of domestic and foreign dry fruit processing industry,the main problems in the process of domestic dry fruit processing are pointed out.Aiming at the shortcomings of high energy consumption and high pollution in the process of domestic dry fruit drying,the drying process is analyzed by using thermodynamic theory,and the feasibility of applying air source heat pump to this process is demonstrated.The air source heat pump(ASHP)was used in the drying process of dried fruits.Subsequently,through field investigation,it is found that the traditional drying room is easy to cause uneven drying because of its unreasonable structure.Therefore,eight drying room models with different structures are established by using PHOENICS simulation software,and the structure of the drying room with the optimal temperature field is analyzed.At the same time,in order to solve theproblem of decay of dried fruit caused by pests during storage,a scheme of applying gas fumigation technology to the processing of dried fruit was put forward.Based on the above research results,a scheme of mobile drying and fumigation integrated equipment using air source heat pump as heat source is put forward.The main electrical equipment,primary circuit and control system in the system are reasonably designed and selected.An intelligent control system with Siemens PLC as controller and Delta touch screen as human-machine interface is designed and developed.Finally,the performance of the system is evaluated by comparing and analyzing the related parameters in the actual processing and the products obtained by different processing methods.The heat pump drying and fumigation integrated equipment designed and developed in this paper has the advantages of stable operation,high automation,simple operation,high efficiency and energy saving,and has strong competitiveness in similar products.
