| The problem of imbalance and incoordination between regional economic development and ecological value in our country is prominent now.Gross Ecosystem Product（GEP）accounting,that is,accounting for important indicators that have a greater impact on the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of regional ecological civilization construction.Referring to domestic and foreign ecological product value accounting theories and the latest accounting methods,multiple indicators are selected from three aspects of ecological products,ecological regulation and ecological culture to construct the GEP accounting system for the urban agglomeration in central Guizhou.The accounting indicators involve 11 small indicators,namely,4 items of product service value（agricultural product value,forestry product value,animal husbandry product value,water resource product value）,6 adjustment service values（water source conservation value,soil conservation value,air purification value）value,water purification value,carbon fixation and oxygen release value,climate regulation value),1 cultural service value（leisure tourism）.Adjust and optimize the calculation methods of some indicators,calculate the total ecosystem production value of the central Guizhou urban agglomeration in 2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2020,and analyze the total ecosystem production of the central Guizhou urban agglomeration from2000 to 2020.Based on the temporal and spatial changes,explore the overall situation of the ecological system operation of the central Guizhou urban agglomeration in the past 20 years,and analyze the balance between the economic development and the development of ecological environment resources in the central Guizhou urban agglomeration on this basis,in order to evaluate the government’s ecological and environmental protection in the central Guizhou urban agglomeration.It provides a reference for the evaluation of the effectiveness of natural resource management and ecological restoration,and provides important theories for investigating the development intensity of the ecological environment,finding out the ecological background,identifying the key areas of ecological environmental benefits,giving full play to regional natural resources,and formulating targeted ecological protection policies.support.The main research contents are:（1）Taking 2000-2020 as the research period,and every five years as an accounting year,calculate the GDP of the urban agglomeration in central Guizhou,and compare and analyze the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of GEP and various indicators,and compare and analyze the ecosystem at the same time.Changes in Gross Product（GEP）and Gross Regional Product（GDP）.The results show that from 2000 to2020,the GEP of the urban agglomeration in central Guizhou has gradually increased from 349.747 billion yuan to 1,253.282 billion yuan,with an actual increase of 222.53%.Among the three value indicators,the cultural service value has the fastest growth rate,and its share with GEP has increased from 1.64% to 57.31%;the growth rate of adjustment service value has been small,and its share with GEP has shown a downward trend,and its share has increased from 92.55% in 20 years.%dropped to 34.64%,and the value of products and services accounted for a relatively stable proportion.In terms of space,GEP is generally concentrated in the central urban areas of various cities and states,and has grown rapidly in this part of the region,of which Yunyan District has the largest GEP and the fastest growth rate.The actual growth rate of the urban agglomeration in central Guizhou in the past 20 years is 100.32%,which is slower than the growth of GEP.The research results show that the urban agglomeration in central Guizhou has a huge ecological potential.In the 20 years of economic development,it has not caused serious impact on the ecological environment,maintained the benign development of the ecosystem,and still has great momentum for future economic development.（2）From the perspective of GEP indicators,among the 11 small indicators,the value of leisure tourism services accounts for the largest proportion and the fastest growth rate,and is spatially concentrated in the central urban areas of each city and state;the value of climate regulation and the value of water conservation accounted for the second First,the two are mainly provided by forest,shrub and wetland ecosystems.As a whole,with Guiyang City as the center,the cultural tourism service value in the central region is relatively high,and the adjustment service value is relatively small;the value distribution of each indicator is different,and each region needs to learn from each other’s strengths and weaknesses according to the characteristics of the local ecosystem,identify resource characteristics,and adapt measures to local conditions.domain GEP to promote the harmonious development of economy and ecology.（3）Analyze various types of ecological restoration measures from the provincial and local scales,in line with relevant policies,and briefly analyze the reasons for changes in the gross domestic product of the urban agglomeration in central Guizhou.The analysis shows that various ecological restoration measures,ecological projects,and related policies have played a significant role in the ecosystem service function of the urban agglomeration in central Guizhou,and the ecological restoration measures have played a significant positive role. |
