| In the 21 st century,with the development of science and technology,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.Enterprises must always maintain their core competitiveness,constantly carry out innovative management,and launch new products that meet or even exceed customer needs,to gain competitive advantages.New product development has become the eternal theme of company,in order to improve the success rate,a set of scientific new product development process is necessary,enterprises should combine their own development status and the advanced theory of the new product development,through constant practice the enterprise can be established a set of new product development process management system which suitable to itself.In this thesis,literature analysis method,case study method,the interview method and other methods were used.Taking three typical events of ABS company as cases,various problems in the development of new products about electronic adhesive in ABS Company were revealed.Interviews were conducted with relevant personnel in the development of new products,and the interview contents were sorted out.Identify the root causes of these problems in the new product development process management of ABS company,including the lack of screening of new product demand,the lack of planning and feedback in the development process,and the lack of quality control in the trial production process of new products.By studying on Product and Cycle-time excellence、Product life cycle theory、Stage-Gate System、Integrated Product Development,combines with the present situation of new product development in ABS company,new product development process of ABS company has to improve,develop a set of new product development process compliance with current situation of ABS company,and take a series of security measures,ensure that the optimized new product development process can be implemented,continuous improvement,improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.Through the study we can conclude that ABS companies need to be combined with the current situation,optimize the process of new product development,focus on doing the right thing,establish the project team,filtered to customer needs,and formulate reasonable new product development plan,division of labor by the project director,to promote the project schedule,ensure new products development well,improve the efficiency of new product development.The case study of ABS company new product development process management provides a reference for other peer enterprises,to do new product development process management well and establish a suitable new product development process. |
