With the increasingly serious air pollution,people pay more and more attention to the quality of indoor air,and then pay great attention to household appliances with air purification functions.Now many companies have launched air conditioners with integrated air purification functions,referred to as the air conditioner with purification.When the air conditioner with purification and the ventilation system operate together,it not only satisfies the thermal comfort of the human body but also reduces the concentration of indoor pollutants,which can ensure the indoor air quality.However,when the two operate together,the indoor airflow organization will change accordingly.When the gas jet of the air conditioner with purification and the fresh air gas jet intersect,it will also affect the purification of indoor PM2.5,the dilution of CO2concentration and the indoor thermal comfort.The existing research only focuses on the airflow when the air conditioner or ventilation system operates alone.This topic will use a combination of experiments and simulations to study the impact of the combined operation of the air conditioner with purification and the ventilation system on the indoor airflow organization,and to discuss the air supply parameters of the air conditioner with purification and the new exhaust air of the ventilation system.The influence of the change of the installation position of the outlet on the indoor thermal comfort,PM2.5 purification time and CO2dilution time,and obtain a reasonable joint control planThrough experimental research,this topic obtained the changes of indoor temperature,wind speed,PM2.5.The mathematical model is verified by the experimental data during joint operation,and the results of the experiment and simulation are compared and analyzed.It is believed that the mathematical model is more accurate,and it can be used in the extended simulation research in the actual room of 72m~2.The large-scale card-type the air conditioner with purification is simulated.When the ventilation system is the up-sending and up-sending and down-sending and up-sending,the air supply volume,air supply elevation angle and air supply opening of the air conditioner with purification are changed.In addition,under different air supply parameters of the air conditioner with purification,the position of the fresh air vent in the ventilation system will be changed for simulation.The simulation results show that:(1)In the two kinds of ventilation systems,when the air supply port of the air conditioner with purification is all open and the air supply volume is constant,the average temperature and PMV of the indoor human respiratory area decrease with the increase of the elevation angle,and the temperature non-uniformity coefficient increases with the increase of the elevation angle.In addition,the temperature non-uniformity coefficient of up-sending and up-sending is larger.(2)In the two kinds of ventilation systems,the average PM2.5 purification time decreases with the increase of the elevation angle and the air supply volume of the air conditioner with purification.When the air supply parameters of the air conditioner with purification are the same,the average PM2.5 purification time of the two ventilation systems is similar.In order to make the indoor PM2.5 purification is fast and uniform,it is recommended to select the air volume of the air conditioner with purification,and the elevation angle is medium.(3)When the air supply volume of the air conditioner with purification is small and the elevation angle is small,the influence of the air flow of the air conditioner with purification on the fresh air flow is small,and the average dilution time of indoor CO2is short.However,the uneven coefficient is the largest.Considering the average dilution time and uniformity of CO2,it is recommended to use the up-sending and up-sending system,and the elevation angle of the air conditioner with purification is small or large.(4)Based on the average purification time of PM2.5 and PMV,the average dilution time of CO2and its inhomogeneity,the air exchange mode of up-sending and up-sending was better than that of down-sending and up-sending.In order to shorten the purification time of PM2.5 and the dilution time of CO2,it is recommended to use the operation mode with large elevation angle when the ventilation mode is up-sending and up-sending.After a period of operation,the elevation angle is reduced.(5)The average purification time of PM2.5 in the up-sending and up-sending is shorter than that in the down-sending and up-sending when the number of air supply outlets is different.When the elevation angle of the air conditioner with purification is medium and the air supply is large,when the number of air outlets is 6,the average purification time of PM2.5 and the average dilution time of CO2are the shortest.Under such conditions,the PMV is also within the specified limits.This combined operation mode can not only meet the thermal comfort of human body,but also realize the efficient purification of PM2.5 and the rapid dilution of CO2.(6)In the two ventilation systems,the change of fresh air vent position has little effect on the average temperature,average velocity,PMV and average purification time of PM2.5in the respiratory zone,and the temperature and temperature inhomogeneity coefficient of up-sending and up-sending are higher than those of down-sending and up-sending.The change of the position of the fresh air vent has a great influence on the average dilution time of CO2,especially on the down-sending and up-sending.The average dilution time of CO2is the shortest when the ventilation mode is the down-sending and up-sending and the fresh air vent is in the conventional installation position.
