Numerous medical studies have shown that PM2.5poses a health hazard to humans that cannot be ignored,and indoor air quality has become a topic of widespread concern.Traditional air purifiers are usually used in office buildings to remove fine particles from the room.However,with the development of the air conditioning industry,a number of air conditioning products with purification functions have emerged,namely air conditioner with purification.This product can meet the cooling needs of office rooms while supplementing the purification of the room,and is often used in conjunction with an air exchange system to control CO2pollutant concentrations.In the purification of PM2.5related investigation shows that the air purifier can not completely replace the traditional air purifier,but this investigation then no more attention and purification technology has been advanced,so lack of certain rigor.Most of the existing studies focus on the air exchange system and air purifier airflow organization,but there is a lack of comparative study on the purification effect of PM2.5concentration in office room between air purifier and traditional air purifier under combined operation mode.The purpose of this project is to explore the feasibility of replacing traditional air purifiers with air conditioner with purification by comparing the PM2.5purification effect of the two products.This project uses a combination of experiments and simulations to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation mathematical model through the operation of the air conditioner with purification alone and the air conditioner with purification combined with the ventilation system,and then uses the mathematical model to conduct an extended simulation study.In the extended simulation study,an office room with an area of 72m2was selected,and the ventilation system was divided into rooms using the upper air supply and upper exhaust method.The main contents of the extended simulation study include three aspects:first,to investigate the effect of various air supply modes of the air conditioner with purification on PM2.5purification,and to arrive at the optimal air supply mode;second,to explore the contribution of the ventilation system to the indoor PM2.5purification effect by comparing the operation of the air conditioner with purification alone;third,under the optimal air supply mode of the combined operation of the traditional air purifier+air conditioning equipment+ventilation system,to focus on The PM2.5purification effect of the air purifier and the traditional air purifier are discussed and analyzed to explore the feasibility of replacing the traditional purifier with the air conditioner with purification,and the results of the study are as follows:(1)"Air conditioner with purification+ventilation system"under the fixed air supply air volume conditions,focusing on the air supply angle of the air purifier on the purification time and PM2.5concentration uneven coefficient of the law,the results of the study show that:1)air supply angle 50°compared to air supply angle 30°,70°purification time shortened by 5.88%and The air supply angle of 50°is 46.48%less than the air supply angle of 30°PM2.5concentration unevenness coefficient,and 11.76%more than the air supply angle of 70°.Considering the purification time and PM2.5concentration unevenness,it is recommended to adjust the air supply angle to about 50°in the middle gear during the actual operation.(2)"Air conditioner with purification+ventilation system"under the fixed air supply angle of 50°,focusing on the air supply air volume of the air purifier on the purification time and PM2.5concentration uneven coefficient,the study results show that:1)the air supply air volume 25 CMM compared with the air supply air volume 23 CMM,21 CMM purification time shortened by 5.88%and 15.79%;air supply air volume 25 CMM compared with the air supply air volume 23 CMM,21 CMM PM2.5concentration uneven coefficient reduced by 11.63%and 2.56%.(1)The purification time of air supply 25CMM is shortened by 5.88%and 15.79%compared with air supply 23 CMM and 21CMM;the PM2.5concentration unevenness coefficient is reduced by 11.63%and 2.56%compared with air supply 25 CMM and 21 CMM,and considering the purification time and PM2.5concentration unevenness,it is recommended to increase the air supply in the actual operation.(3)IBM SPSS Statistics was used to analyze the effect of air supply angle and air supply air volume of the air purification machine on PM2.5concentration in the working area.The p-values of air supply angle and air supply air volume were 0.014 and 0.000,and the p-values were less than 0.05,both of which were significant for PM2.5purification in the1.2m plane work area.However,compared with the air supply angle,the air supply volume has a more significant effect on the PM2.5purification effect in the working area.(4)The introduction of ventilation system to increase indoor disturbance at the same time dilute the indoor PM2.5concentration,and then shorten the purification time of indoor PM2.5in office rooms.The air supply angle of the air purifier is 50°and the air supply volume is 25 CMM,which shortens the purification time by 15.79%in combined operation than in separate operation;the air supply volume is 17 CMM,which shortens the purification time by 26.67%;the air supply volume is 16 CMM,which shortens the purification time by 25.81%.In addition,the addition of the air exchange system makes the1.2m plane work area PM2.5 uneven coefficient reduced by 6.82%,6.42%,3.33%,respectively,the room to achieve a more uniform purification effect,air purification machine combined air exchange system operation is necessary.(5)Although the air supply air volume of air conditioner with purification is smaller than that of traditional air purifier,but the airflow organization is crucial to PM2.5purification effect.The air conditioner with purification with multiple air supply outlets makes the clean air more evenly distributed to each area,while the flow density and speed of each working area is greater than the traditional air purifier joint operation,the above advantages make the air purifier+air exchange can better purify the PM2.5in the air and thus shorten the purification time.Therefore,in the practical application process,we can consider using the air conditioner with purification combined ventilation system instead of traditional air purifier combined operation to improve indoor air quality.
