| It has become an important content and guarantee that the scientific discharge of sewage can accelerate the development of environmental protection in China.The systematization of sewage discharge control centralizes the advantages of standardization,statistics and operational management of water environment.Liaohe River Basin has listed as the key national water pollution control areas,which indicates that our country attaches great importance to the water environment pollution control of Liaohe River Basin.Although there had been implemented after a series of river control measures,some tributaries are seriously polluted,which including Taizi River.Therefore,we should carry out research on the optimization of sewage discharge control in Taizi river basin and study the specific sewage emission reduction scheme and the urban sewage treatment project,which can provide support for the implementation of the national environmental protection project and the realization of the pollution control objectives of sewage discharge and sewage treatment in Taizi River Basin.At the same time,if we can achieve the water quality goal of the Taizi River Basin,it can provide reference for the achievement of the water quality goal of the whole Liaohe River Basin and accelerate the process of water environment treatment in the whole Liaohe River Basin.By studying the water quality of Taizi River in Anshan,it is found that COD、NH4-N and TP are the main pollutants of the river,but the proportion of TP discharged from industrial discharge sources is low,so it will not be considered.Therefore,this paper focuses on the optimization of industrial sewage discharge,takes the minimum cost of environmental treatment as the goal,and constructs an enterprise sewage discharge control optimization model on the premise of realizing the water quality goal.The conclusion provides the concrete basis and scientific guarantee for the enterprises of Taizi River in Anshan and the continuous improvement of water environment quality in the basin.It concludes that the waste water discharge of enterprises in Anshan is reduced from 9206.782t/a to 4309.831t/a in general,after optimal control,the treatment cost is 86.6399 million yuan.Considering different water periods,the waste water discharge from enterprises in Anshan is reduced from 9206.782t/a to 4550.798t/a,after optimal control,the treatment cost is 85.5371 million yuan. |
