Therapeutic Effect Of New External Fixator Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine On The Treatment Of Tibiofibular Fracture

Object: To observe,follow-up and analyze 70 hospitalized patients with tibiofibular fractures admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to June 2018,and to treat the humerus with a new external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy of fractures provides true and reliable clinical data and statistical data support.Method:The study cases were from January 2017 to June 2018,and were treated in the orthopedic ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.70 patients with tibiofibular fractures were eligible for the case selection criteria.The average was divided into two groups: group A: 35 patients with minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate combined with TCM manual reduction as a treatment method,group B: a new type of unilateral external fixation combined with TCM manual reduction as the ultimate treatment for tibiofibular fractures 35 example.All patients were given blood circulation,swelling,analgesia,prevention of blood clots,prevention of infection drug treatment,and guiding them to perform corresponding functional exercises.X-ray films were reviewed at regular postoperative clinics to observe the fracture growth and healing.The operation time,the time of osteophyte,the time of fracture healing and the time of fixation removal were analyzed in 70 patients.The statistical analysis of 70 patients was performed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results: 1.There was no statistically significant difference in the analysis of gender,age and distribution of the two groups.2.35 patients with minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate combined with traditional Chinese medicine reduction as the treatment method,the operation time was 144.77±24.50.Minutes,osteophyte appearance time was47.06±8.44 days,fracture healing time was 234.49±42.32 days,and fixation removal timewas 427.46±30.73 days.3.New single-sided external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine reduction as the ultimate fracture of tibia In the 35 patients treated,the operation time was 95.57±23.66 minutes,the time of osteophyte was 31.89±4.63 days,the fracture healing time was 134.31±24.37 days,and the fixation removal time was201.09±31.07 days.Conclusion: Compared with the minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate combined with traditional Chinese medicine reduction as the treatment of tibiofibular fracture,the new unilateral external fixation combined with TCM manual reduction and ultimate treatment of tibiofibular fractures,shorter operation time,osteophytes The appearance of fracture healing occurred earlier and the fixation time was earlier.
