Analysis Of The Therapeutic Effect Of PFNA And Inter Tan Combined With Three Phase Of TCM On The Treatment Of A2 And A3 Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective: A2,A3 type of intertrochanteric fractures of the clinical curative effect observation of PFNA and Inter by Tan combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of the three stage,the further research in the two kinds of internal fixation for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine under the assistance of advantage,to provide new reference for the clinical treatment of A2 and A3 intertrochanteric fracture internal fixation selection.Methods: According to the research of the clinical cases of 51 patients included in criteria and exclusion criteria selected in the Department of orthopedics ward of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to April 2017 during the period of A2,A3 type of intertrochanteric fracture,according to the different internal fixation methods into two groups,the first group of patients for the selection of fixation methods in PFNA(the following say,group PFNA)of second groups of patients for fixation in Tan Inter(Inter Tan group).In group PFNA,there were 28 cases,aged 59-94 years,with an average age of 80.35+ 6.97 years,10 males and 18 females.23 cases in Inter TAN group,57-91 years old,with an average age of 78.87 7.98 years,male 8 and female 7.98.With time,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative follow-up records of fracture healing time and the difference according to the Harris hip function score by comparing the two kinds of internal fixation surgery,the evaluation of the same auxiliary treatment difference of two kinds of internal fixation methods in the treatment of Chinese medicine in the three dialectical.The two groups of patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)three period syndrome differentiation theory for auxiliary treatment during the period of hospitalization and recovery after discharge.All patients were followed up for half a month,January,February,March and June after the operation.The hip joint anteroposterior slices were taken for follow-up.The Harris hip function scoring system was used to evaluate the patients after the follow-up of June,and the A2 and A3 intertrochanteric fractures were completed.SPSS22.0 statistics and analysis are used for the collected information.Results: 1,Inter TAN and PFNA can achieve ideal clinical efficacy in the treatment of A2 and A3 intertrochanteric fractures with the aid of the three phase of TCM syndrome differentiation.However,compared with Inter TAN system,PFNA has the advantages of relatively simple operation,shorter operative time and less blood loss during operation.Inter TAN has more advantages in auxiliary reduction,anti rotation,broken ends,reducing the gap between ends and maintaining the stability of ends.2,two internal fixation methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.In clinical treatment,we can choose according to their physical condition,bone condition and surgeon’s familiarity with internal fixator.3,PFNA may be the main nail at the end of the femoral shaft fracture stress(periprosthetic fractures),screw,coxa vara and Inter;TAN is a relatively new type of internal fixation,but due to the accumulation of less operation,short duration of follow-up,still through the long-term clinical practice to observe this kind of fixed the long-term curative effect of new.Conclusion: 1,Inter TAN and PFNA can achieve ideal clinical efficacy in the treatment of A2 and A3 intertrochanteric fractures with the aid of the three phase of TCM syndrome differentiation.However,compared with Inter TAN system,PFNA has the advantages of relatively simple operation,shorter operative time and less blood loss during operation.Inter TAN has more advantages in auxiliary reduction,anti rotation,broken ends,reducing the gap between ends and maintaining the stability of ends.2,two internal fixation methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.In clinical treatment,we can choose according to their physical condition,bone condition and surgeon’s familiarity with internal fixator.3,PFNA may be the main nail at the end of the femoral shaft fracture stress(periprosthetic fractures),screw,coxa vara and Inter;TAN is a relatively new type of internal fixation,but due to the accumulation of less operation,short duration of follow-up,still through the long-term clinical practice to observe this kind of fixed the long-term curative effect of new.
