| Medical treatment is the foundation of people’s livelihood,it is a necessity for protecting the people’s healthy life,which closely related to the vital interests of the people.With the development of Internet technology and the promotion of related policies,the marketization of the medical field has begun to strengthen.Internet medical care is an interdisciplinary subject of health economics and management.At present,the management field lacks research in the medical field.Management theory,especially business model theory,has insufficient explanation for Internet medical treatment.Therefore,this paper combines the current status of the practical and theoretical circles,through literature analysis and actual observation,proposes an Internet medical business model and constructs the relationship between the value drivers and value creation of the Internet medical business model.This article first sorts out the theoretical foundations of Internet economics,service-led logic,and value co-creation.Then build the research framework of this article based on "value drivers → value creation → value results",and explore the functional relationships between functional value propositions,emotional value propositions,patient involvement,resource capabilities,and connection attributes and corporate performance from a configuration perspective.Then The 58 samples were first coded,and then expert scores were made according to the classic scale to form the initial data.The qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA)analyzes the necessity and adequacy between the antecedent conditions and corporate performance,and obtains four typical high corporate performance portfolio configurations.Finally,each of them is shown in combination with Ping An Good Doctor,More,and Link Doc.The research finds that:(1)Any single value driver is difficult to bring high-value results to the enterprise.(2)There are four typical combination configurations for Internet medical companies to obtain high-value performance,which can be further classified into resource integration,user operation,and product development.(3)Resource capacity is a necessary condition for medical enterprises to obtain high-value performance.The importance of corporate brands,financial strength and talent teams to Internet medical companies is very high. |
