| Objective Congenital disease of congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism(CHH)is a rare disease,the clinical treatment is diversiform,have GnRH treatment and gonadotropin therapy,alternative therapy,there are multiple center cohort study on effect of the different treatment,evaluation of different treatments on prognosis of patients with CHH,including testicular volume,testosterone levels and sperm counts,ejaculation rate,the influence of the fertility rate,but there is no systematic evaluation of the merits of the three methods of treatment.This study will search the studies of multiple centers,comprehensively evaluate the study results,and discuss the influence of three treatment methods of GnRH,rFSH pretreatment +GnRH,and FSH+LH on the prognosis of male CHH patients,so as to guide the clinical treatment.Method We retrieval articles about GnRH,rFSH pretreatment + GnRH,FSH,LH,the related research of three kinds of treatments,included in the standard as the research object for puberty(> 10 years)in the diagnosis of lower gonadotropin sex gonad hypofunction,observation content contains the testicular volume or sperm count or fertility rates,treatment methods,treatment,time comply with drugs or clinical guidelines in Pubmed,CNKI,WANFANGdata.The eligible articles were included in the study,and the data related to the changes of indicators before and after treatment were screened.Statistical software was used for data analysis and integration.WMD value was calculated,forest map was made,and subgroup analysis was performed to evaluate the changes of testicular volume,testosterone concentration and statin B concentration after different treatment methods were used to treat male CHH.Results We observed in the study of all,the observed indicators,including T,LH,FSH,IB,testicular volume,sperm count,whether ejaculation,penis,whether fertility,etc.,after statistical analysis and clinical analysis,have a positive result,among them,T,TV,the IB is most of the research are observed indexes,we analyze these three indicators,no significant differences were found between different treatments.At the same time,sperm count,ejaculation,fertility and other indicators were observed to evaluate the normal function of gonads.Bone age analysis was performed to evaluate the function of endogenous testosterone.Conclusion Our study suggests that at the end of the different treatment of testicular volume,concentration of testosterone and IB in the increase of the consistency,all reach the normal physiological range of normal age,different treatment methods on the prognosis of patients with CHH are optimistic and gonadal hormone releasing hormone and gonadotropin treatment the curative effect is quite,can promote the formation of male patients with CHH secondary sex characteristic,gonad development and mature,and the formation of sex gland function.The comparison between the subgroups showed that the spermatogenesis of the rFSH pretreated was earlier and more efficient than that of the non-pretreated. |
