| Objective: To explore the perioperative blood transfusion preoperative factors and the influence of transfusion therapy on the prognosis of non-emergency surgery in general surgery, optimize the perioperative blood transfusion therapy strategy of general surgery, and improve the rationality and safety of perioperative blood use in general surgery. Methods: 112 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the general surgery of Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were selected.Among them,56 patients who underwent transfusion during non-emergency surgery were included in the blood transfusion group, and the remaining 56 patients were included in the non-transfusion group.Retrospective analysis of its clinical data. Results: Among all 112 patients, the age ranged from 19 to 94 years old.Postoperative hospital stay was 1 to 30 days, and 5 patients died.Univariate analysis showed blood transfusion history, hypertension, hemoglobin <90 g/L,HCT<40%,serum albumin <30 g/L,CRP>8 mg/L,PT>13s,APTT>40s,fiber Proteinogen <1.8 g/L was the factor affecting blood transfusion, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further multivariate analysis of the above results showed that blood transfusion history, hypertension, hemoglobin, and CRP were independent factors influencing the perioperative blood transfusion therapy of non-emergency surgery in general surgery. The postoperative hospital stay in the transfusion group was significantly longer than that in the non-transfusion group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).Transfusion therapy had no significant effect on postoperative outcome and satisfaction of treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: H Blood transfusion history, hypertension, hemoglobin,CRP and other factors have a guiding role in perioperative blood transfusion therapy for non-emergency surgery in general surgery. The development of perioperative blood transfusion treatment should be used as an important decision-making basis.Reduce the use of blood without blood transfusion indications,Improve the rationality of blood use during perioperative period,Transfusion therapy can significantly extend hospital stays.Obviously it is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of medical services. |
