Tuberculosis is one of the diseases that seriously threaten people’s physical health.Since the middle of the 20 th century, the world’s research, prevention and control of tuberculosis have achieved effective results, and the lives of tuberculosis patients have been safeguarded and are no longer a "mortal disease " This undoubtedly brings the gospel to a large number of unfortunate people and their families. However, due to the contagious effects of tuberculosis, the government introduced a number of isolation and control provisions and the public "talk about nuclear discoloration" about tuberculosis. As a result, patients with tuberculosis suffered physical trauma and suffered social exclusion The external disapproval brings them a strong sense of shock, inferiority, and loneliness. Moreover, the treatment and recovery of tuberculosis takes a long time, and they will be challenged for their self-identity if they are closed for a long time. This article mainly uses content analysis, text analysis, and questionnaires as the main research methods. It uses "tuberculosis bar" as the research field and "identity theory" as the theoretical basis for the study.Study the language and attitudes of tuberculosis patients in the tuberculosis bar during their illness.First, analyze the content of the group characteristics of the text in the tuberculosis bar,and then use the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to explore the attitudes of individuals in the group. The results show that there is self-identity and inter-group identity in the tuberculosis bar,but this identity exists only in the "network ward" of this mimic environment. In real society, because of social exclusion in many aspects, they are often silent and hidden State,no identity at all.Based on the connection of the tuberculosis bar, patients can obtain information, make friends and achieve self-identification in this "network ward".People with tuberculosis hope that this kind of benign communication can still exist in real society.
