Study On The Correlation Between Polymorphisms Of ADAM33 Gene (rs2787093,rs512625 And Rs598418) And Asthma And The Atopic Traits Of The Print Of Thenar Eminence

Objective:By exploring the correlation between ADAM33 gene polymorphism and the atopic traits of the print of thenar eminence in adult asthmatic patients of Han nationality in Qingdao area,this paper aims to find the basis of the etiology of modern medical genetics for the important TCM pathogenesis of asthma "kidney deficiency ".Methods: A computer recognition system is used to realize objective quantitative classification of the atopic traits of the print of thenar eminence.To detect the genotype and allele frequencies of ADAM33 gene rs2787093,rs512625 and rs598418 in 400 asthmatic patients and 200 normal controls by Sna Pshot method.Results:The genotype frequencies of ADAM33 gene rs2787093,rs512625 and rs598418 were not significantly different between palmprint negative group and palmprint positive group.Conclusion:There was no correlation between rs2787093、rs512625、rs598418polymorphism of ADAM33 gene and the atopic traits of the print of thenar eminence.
