Purpose:The purpose of this study is to compare Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)from the data analysis results of TCM syndrome scores,related inflammatory indicators,exudate bacterial culture,healing time and wound healing rate The clinical treatment effect of the conventional flushing(0.9%sodium chloride solution)combined with negative pressure sealing drainage group and the simple Xuefu Zhuyu decoction flushing group on deep second degree burn wounds,to evaluate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with negative pressure sealing drainage The clinical therapeutic effect of deep second-degree burn wounds is to explore the clinical medical model of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment 1+1>2.Methods:(1)The clinical research method adopts a randomized control method,collecting 20 inpatients from the Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery of Wuxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2019 to January 2021.They were divided into treatment groups and The control group 2,a randomized prospective study;(2)A retrospective random sampling survey of 10 cases(from May 2016 to April 2019)in the Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery of Wuxi Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital that met the selection criteria.It is divided into control 2.(3)The treatment group is the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with negative pressure sealing drainage group,the control group 1 is the conventional washing(0.9%sodium chloride solution)combined with negative pressure sealing drainage group,and the control group 2 is pure Xuefu Zhuyu decoction washing Wound group.(4)Collect 4 sampling time-related indicators on the first day of admission,the seventh day of admission,the 14th day of admission,and the 21st day of admission.Use SPSS Statistics 19.0 software for statistical analysis and statistical processing.Compare before and after the same group,and compare between groups.Results:For the TCM syndrome total score item,after repeated measurement analysis of variance,the results of the spherical test showed that χ^2=13.146.P=0.022<0.05,and the within-group effect caused a significant difference in the TCM syndrome total score,namely 4 There are statistical differences in the total scores of TCM syndromes in different periods.Secondly,the group effect causes differences in the total scores of TCM syndromes,F=9.824,P=0.001.It can be seen from the interaction item part that there are statistical interaction effects between time and grouping.Academic significance:For the remaining wound area item,after repeated measures analysis of variance,the results of the sphere test showed that χ^2=82.141,P=0.000<0.05,which did not meet the sphere hypothesis.Multivariate test was used to show the group The effect caused a significant difference in the wound area,F=184.956,P=0.000,that is,there was a statistical difference in the wound area in the 4 periods.Secondly,the group effect caused a difference in the wound area score,F=10.185,P=0.001,and finally It can be seen from the interaction item part that the interaction effect of time and grouping is statistically significant;for the cure rate item,after repeated measures analysis of variance,the results of the sphere test show that χ^2=0.158,P=0.868>0.05,Thus in line with the spherical hypothesis,using the within-subject effect test,the results of the within-subject effect test show that the within-group effect has caused a significant difference in the cure rate,F=1030.669,P=0.000,that is,the cure rate in 4 periods is statistical On the difference,further pairwise comparison found that the cure rate score on the 7th day of admission>the cure rate score on the 14th day of admission>the cure rate score on the 21st day of admission;secondly,the group effect caused a difference in the cure rate score,F=67.231,P=0.000.Finally,it can be seen from the interaction term part that the interaction effect of time and grouping is statistically significant.Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)for treatment of deep second-degree burn wounds is compared with that of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction alone and conventional irrigation(0.9%sodium chloride solution)combined with Vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)It can reduce the total score of TCM symptoms,reduce swelling,relieve pain,shorten wound healing time,speed up wound healing rate,and improve patient satisfaction.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,namely Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)for deep second-degree burn wounds,is better than using Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction to wash deep second-degree burn wounds and routine irrigation(0.9%sodium chloride solution).)It is more advantageous to combine negative pressure sealing drainage to treat deep second-degree burn wounds.
