Clinical Observation Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined With Lymphatic Drainage In The Treatment Of Swelling And Pain After Total Hip Arthroplasty For Femoral Neck Fractures

Objective:Through clinical observation and evaluation of the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with lymphatic drainage in the treatment of swelling and pain after total hip joint surgery,this topic provides a certain reference for the application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with lymphatic drainage in the treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 60 inpatients who received total hip arthroplasty for unilateral femoral neck fracture in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into a control group according to the random number table method.and test group.The control group received conventional postoperative swelling and pain relief treatment,postoperative lymphatic drainage combined with oral celecoxib treatment;the experimental group was additionally treated with oral Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The VAS score,Harris hip joint score and the swelling degree of the affected limb were recorded before intervention,on the 7th day and on the 14 th day after treatment in the two groups.Statistical analysis was carried out on the above indicators to draw conclusions.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,gender,Garden classification,preoperative VAS score,Harris score of hip joint before treatment and degree of hip swelling between the two groups(P>0.05).2.VAS score: There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);comparison within the group: the VAS scores of the two groups were improved on the 7th and 14 th days after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between groups: the VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group on the 7th and 14 th days after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Harris score of hip joint: There was no significant difference in Harris score of hip joint between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Comparison within the group: Harris scores of the two groups were improved on the 7th and 14 th days after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the difference was significant.There was statistical significance(P<0.05),and comparison between groups: Harris scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group on the 7th and 14 th days after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Swelling degree of hip joint: There was no statistical difference in the degree of swelling of hip joint between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);comparison within the group: the degree of swelling of hip joint in the two groups was improved on the 7th day and the 14 th day after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between groups: the degree of hip swelling in the experimental group was better than that in the control group on the 7th and 14 th days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with lymphatic drainage can reduce the swelling and pain of patients with femoral neck fracture after total hip arthroplasty.The clinical features of safety,non-invasiveness and quick effect.
