ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of nalbuphine and sufentanil on multimodal analgesia after laparoscopic colorectal carcinoma radical operation.Methods1.120 patients with colorectal carcinoma from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected. They were aged 18-65 yrs.,with body mass index of 18-24kg/m~2.And Their American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status were I or II.2.The patients were randomly divided into nalbuphine group(group N)and sufentanil group(group S),60 in each group.3.Patients in group N were given with nalbuphine for PCIA,flurbiprofen axetil for intravenous, and bilateral transverse abdominal plane block at the same time.Patients in group S were given with sufentanil for PCIA,flurbiprofen axetil for intravenous, and bilateral transverse abdominal plane block at the same time.4.At the moment of waking, the moment of out of the PACU,2h,6h,12h,24h,48h after the operation, notch pain, visceral pain with the visual analogue pain scores(VAS)and Ramsay sedation score of patients were observed and compared in the two groups respectively. The total times of pressing PCIA after the operation, total patients’satisfaction for analgesia, occurrence of patients’postoperative complications, the time to take activity under the bed after operation were recorded.Results:1.Gender,age,BMI,anesthesia time and operation time among the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).2.At the moment of waking, the moment of out of the PACU,2h,6h,12h,24h,48h after the operation, there were no statistical significances about notch pain VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).3.At 6h,12h,24h after the operation, visceral pain VAS scores in group N were lower than group S,and there were statistical significances in difference(P<0.05).At the moment of waking, the moment of out of the PACU,2h,48h after the operation, there were no statistical significances about visceral pain VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).4.At the moment of waking, the moment of out of the PACU,2h,6h,12h,24h,48h after the operation, there were no statistical significances about Ramsay sedation scores between the two groups(P>0.05).5.The total times of pressing PCIA after the operation in group N were less than in group S,and statistical difference was found between them(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of group N after operation was higher than group S and there was statistical significance between them(P<0.05).6.Occurrence rate of nausea and vomiting in group N after operation was lower than group S,and statistical significance difference was found(P<0.05);There were no statistical significances about occurrence rate of somnolence between the two groups(P>0.05).Patients of Group N and group S after surgery had no adverse reactions such as respiratory depression occurs,etc.7.The time to take activity under the bed after operation of group N was earlier than group S,and statistical significance difference was found(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of notch pain analgesia and sedation of nalbuphine was similar with sufentanil on multimodal analgesia after laparoscopic colorectal carcinoma radical operation, but the analgesia effect of visceral pain of nalbuphine was better than sufentanil. And occurrence rate of nausea and vomiting of nalbuphine was less than sufentanil.Meanwhile the analgesia satisfaction of nalbuphine was higher than sufentanil and the time to take activity under the bed after operation of nalbuphine was earlier than sufentanil. In a word, the total analgesia effect of nalbuphine was better than that of sufentanil on multimodal analgesia after laparoscopic colorectal carcinoma radical operation and deserved further application and popularization.
