Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids By Using Ruiyun Procedure For Hemorrhoids Combined With Shaobei Injection

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH)combined with Shaobei injection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,comparison of curative effect and postoperative complications with RPH and M-M,in order to provide the idea of treating mixed hemorrhoids which more effective,less pain and better prognosis.Methods:111 cases of mixed hemorrhoids with grade II to IV,who were treated in the anorectal outpatient department of Kunming Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were selected as the study object from December 2019 to November 2020.According to the random number table method,111 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(38 cases,RPH+Shaobei injection+External hemorrhoidectomy),control group(1)(37 cases,RPH+External hemorrhoidectomy)and control group(2)(36 cases,M-M).Three groups were treated with different treatments.Three groups were compared to observe the conditions of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding,pain(on the first night,the 3rd and 7th days after operation),anal distention(On the 7th and 14 th day after operation),anal edema after surgery.To observe and record the time of surgery,final shedding of the elastic line(or 7# braided silk)of ligation of internal hemorrhoids and hospitalization.Three groups were compared the conditions of scar growth by anal finger diagnosis after surgery on 1 month.The curative effect of three groups were estimated atfirst month after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.36%,control group(1)was94.59% effective,control group(2)effective rate was 91.67%.There was no significant difference in total efficiency between the three groups(p>0.05).Compared the time of operation with three groups,control group(1)was shorter than the treatment group,treatment group was shorter than control group(2)(p<0.05).Comparison of three groups of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative bleeding,final shedding of the elastic line(or 7#braided silk)of ligation of internal hemorrhoids and hospitalization and the conditions of scar growth by anal finger diagnosis after surgery,treatment group was better than control group(1),control group(1)was better than control group(2)(p<0.05).Comparison of three groups of hospitalization time,pain(on the first night,the 3rd and 7th days after operation),anal distention(On the 7th and 14 th day after operation),anal edema after surgery,the treatment group was better than the control group(2),Control group(1)was better than control group(2)(p<0.05).Conclusion:RPH combined with Shaobei injection is effective in treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.This treatment can shorten the patient’s hospitalization time,reduce the postoperative anal edema,pain,distention.Shaobei injection can reduce the intraoperative and postoperative bleeding;it also can accelerate the internal hemorrhoids shedding,and not easy to cause scar growth after shedding.
