| Objective:To explore the clinical application of ultrasound-guided guidewire precise positioning resection of breast micronodules,and to develop a more optimized operation scheme for the precise positioning of breast micronodules.Methods:A total of 135 patients with breast micronodules localization were collected from September 2018 to March 2021.According to the individual wishes of the patients,two different methods of breast micronodules localization were adopted,including ultrasound-guided guidewire localization and body surface localization.Before completed under the guidance of ultrasound guided wire positioning group 32 cases of patients with puncture positioning after operation,summarizes the operation experience and the optimization analysis,32 cases after group under the guidance of ultrasound mammary gland nodules godet positioning patients take the optimization scheme for improved puncture location operation,it respectively as optimization of leading wire positioning and optimized thread group.Through clinical observation and retrospective analysis,the positioning operation time,positioning coincidence rate,one-time puncture success rate,operation time and other related influencing factors of patients using different positioning methods during and after the localization of surgical resection were analyzed and compared statistically.Results:All patients in the ultrasound-guided breast nodular guidewire localization group were successfully localized,with relatively satisfactory localization,accurate surgery and complete resection.In the guidewire localization group,no guidewire loss or displacement occurred,and no complications such as infection and hematoma occurred.The operation time and location coincidence rate of patients in the breast micronodules body surface localization group and the ultrasound-guided guide wire localization group were compared and analyzed.The operation time of patients in the ultrasound-guided guide wire localization group was significantly shortened(Pand the location coincidence rate was significantly increased(PMammary gland nodules will lead wire positioning group and optimize the orientation of thread of group 2 groups of patients after one-time success rate of puncture and positioning in the process of operation time position,after the completion of the operation takes comparative analysis,the optimized orientation of thread group is leading silk group of one-time success rate of puncture were increased significantly(P<0.05),the positioning operation time significantly shortened(P<0.05),the operation time significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with breast micronodules resection,it is more suitable to choose the method of accurate positioning of the guide wire under the guidance of ultrasound.The improved operation method of accurate positioning of the guide wire under the guidance of ultrasound can effectively save the operation time and improve the success rate of one-time puncture.The operation method of ultrasound-guided guided guide wire localization of breast nodules can make some clinically untoutable breast nodules can also choose the incision of the areola.It has many advantages such as accurate positioning,simple and convenient operation,and beautiful appearance after operation,which is worth popularizing. |
