Clinical Observation Of Jiegu Pill Combined With PRP In The Treatment Of Tibial Nonunion

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiegu pill combined with PRP in the treatment of tibial nonunion,and to explore the effect of the treatment scheme in relieving postoperative pain,improving lower limb function and promoting callus growth,so as to find a more effective method for the treatment of tibial nonunion.Method:from January 2018 to January 2020,46 patients(40 males and 6females,aged from 20 to 67 years)with tibial nonunion were randomly divided into control group(PRP treatment group)and experimental group(Jiegu pill combined with PRP treatment group),23 in each group.The control group was treated with local injection of PRP into fractured bone;the experimental group was treated with the same operation method as the control groupand,and oral Jiequ pill was added for 6 weeks after operation.The gender,age,VAS pain score,lower limb motor function score,healing time and callus growth score of the two groups were statistically recorded.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software to evaluate the clinical effect of Jiegu pill combined with PRP in the treatment of tibial nonunion.Result:During the treatment,there were no cases of shedding or rejection,and the two groups of patients received treatment smoothly and received effective follow-up.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in gender(21 males and2 females in the control group;19 males and 4 females in the experimental group)and age(48.74±9.65 years in the control group;44.87±11.43 years in the experimental group)between the two groups,and it had no effect on the final research conclusion;Compare two groups of patients with postoperative VAS pain score,1 day after surgery(P>0.05),the experimental group did not show obvious advantage in alleviate postoperative pain,and postoperative1 week(P<0.01),and 2 weeks postoperatively(P<0.01)in the two groups of score difference gradually obvious,prompting the experimental group on the on postoperative pain relief can obtain better effect;there was no difference in the lower limb function score of the two groups before operation(P>0.05),and the lower limb function of the two groups was improved effectively 3 months after operation(P<0.01),and the effect of the Jiegu pill combined with PRP treatment group had better results in the recovery of lower limb function;The growth of callus was compared between the two groups at3 months(P<0.05)and 6 months(P<0.05).The effect of the experimental group on promoting the growth of callus was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the growth of callus between the two groups at 12 months(P>0.05).The healing time of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jiegu pill combined with PRP in the treatment of tibial nonunion can effectively relieve the postoperative pain,promote the callus growth and the recovery of lower limb motor function,shorten the time of postoperative healing,and has certain clinical application value.
