| Objective: To clarify the relationship between the composition of urinary calculi and the quality of drinking water with abnormal urine metabolism in Xiangtan area,so as to provide a new basis for the early prevention of urinary calculi.Methods: Methods 1117 cases of urinary calculi collected from January 2019 to December 2020 in Xiangtan area were analyzed.According to the composition of urinary calculi,1117 cases were divided into calcium oxalate group(837 cases),uric acid group(80 cases)and calcium phosphate group(200 cases).The 24-hour urine volume of the patients was collected and the related indicators such as citric acid,oxalic acid,uric acid,calcium,p H value and urine volume were analyzed.Meanwhile,drinking water was collected from 1117 patients’ residences in dry season and wet season respectively.The total number of colonies,p H,bicarbonate and total hardness of water samples were analyzed,and the average values of research parameters were compared The relationship between water quality and drinking water quality is often discussed.Results: 1.24 h urine analysis showed that: male patients with urinary oxalic acid,urine p H were lower than female patients,there was statistical difference(P < 0.05).The comparison of abnormal urine metabolism showed that the proportion of female patients with low urine volume was higher than that of male patients,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).The results showed that the proportion of low citrate urine,high oxaluria and high uric acid urine in calcium oxalate group was higher than that in calcium phosphate group and uric acid group(P <0.05);The incidence of hypercalciuria in calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate was higher than that in uric acid(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the composition of urinary calculi(P > 0.05).2.Xiangtan city is divided into Yuetang District,Yuhu District,Xiangxiang City,Xiangtan County and Shaoshan City.The total number of colonies of drinking water in different areas of Xiangtan City f =947.123,P < 0.05,p H value f = 15.522,P < 0.05,total hardness f =156.430,P < 0.05,with statistical differences.The total bacterial count and total hardness of drinking water in Yuetang district and Yuhu District were lower than those in other areas,and the p H value of drinking water in Yuetang district and Yuhu District was lower than that in Xiangtan County,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total number of colonies and total hardness of drinking water in Shaoshan City were significantly higher than those in other areas(P < 0.05)3.The total number of colonies in drinking water of different stone components of 1117 patients with stones f = 556.610,P < 0.05,p H value f = 15.942,P < 0.05,total hardness f = 160.776,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.The total number of colonies,p H value and total hardness of calcium oxalate patients in drinking water were lower than those of uric acid and calcium phosphate patients,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.the composition of stones in Xiangtan is related to abnormal urine metabolism.The ratio of calcium oxalate stones is higher than that of calcium phosphate and uric acid stones,and the ratio of calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate stones is higher than that of patients with uric acid stones.2.the composition of urinary stones in Xiangtan city is related to the total number of bacteria,p H value and total hardness of drinking water,and is not related to bicarbonate.The total number,p H value and hardness of drinking water colony in calcium oxalate stone patients were lower than those of uric acid and calcium phosphate stones. |
