With the development of society,the needs of patients are gradually diversified,and the medical market is gradually subdivided.The first affiliated hospital of the university of South China not only needs to maintain its advantages,but also urgently needs to measure the status quo of patient satisfaction,identify the hospital ’ s weaknesses from the perspective of patients,and make targeted improvements in follow up services,so that the hospital in the medical competition to gain an advantage while better meet the health needs of the people,and thus make greater contributions to society.In this paper,the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China as the research object,combined with the actual situation of the hospital,improve satisfaction as the goal,to study patient satisfaction.First of all,by consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,to understand the status quo of patient satisfaction at home and abroad and to sort out relevant theories,combined with the situation of the first affiliated hospital of the University of South China,and drawing on similar research results at home and abroad,designed a patient satisfaction questionnaire,and then evaluated the patient satisfaction of the first hospital affiliated to the University of South China,and then used SPSS22.0 to analyze the survey data,it concludes what needs to be improved and the advantages of the first affiliated hospital of the University of South China,and then proposes strategies to improve patient satisfaction.Through the questionnaire survey data of patients with overall satisfaction and 28 three-level indicators of the correlation analysis of the impact of overall satisfaction factors,the attitude of the doctor in charge,the attitude of the nurse in charge and the charge of nursing are three important factors of the overall satisfaction Meanwhile,doctors pay timely attention to medical conditions,health education by nurses,respect for culture and religious beliefs by medical personnel,incorruptible medical practice by medical personnel,medical personnel explain the side effects of drugs,and sheets prepared by the ward at the time of admission,etc.,the correlation between total 6 factors and overall satisfaction was weak,and the other 19 factors were related.The results of mean analysis and T test showed that the overall satisfaction of patients in the first affiliated hospital of the university of South China was acceptable,among which the level of medical technology and medical ethics were the advantages of the hospital,medical expenses,communication between doctors and patients,hospital environment and logistics support,and medical procedures need to be improved,with the satisfaction of medical expenses being the lowest,followed by hospital environment and logistics support,it is suggested that the hospital management should practice the “Patient-centered” service concept and pay attention to patients ’ demands on medical expenses,hospital environment and logistic support,focusing on regulating medical expenses,improving the medical environment and improving the quality of logistical support services,while optimizing medical procedures and improving the level of medical services,and continuing to exploit the advantages of hospitals and guide patients to adjust their expectations,to make patients more satisfied with the hospital.
