| Since the basic medical insurance of urban and rural residents has been running more than ten years, with the gradual optimization of the policy, the guarantee level has improved year by year, and the financial accessibility of residents’ medical treatment is effectively improved. At the same time, the health status and disease problem of Chinese people have been highlighted, and the incidence of chronic diseases and mortality have a rising trend. In the context of "Healthy China" strategy and medical and health system reform, the State Council issued the " Opinions on the integration of basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents ",began to implement basic medical insurance integration of urban and rural residents, and efforts to solve due to urban and rural binary discrete patterns Repeated insurance, treatment gap, difficulties in different places, etc. After integrated urban and rural residents, basic medical insurance will provide medical security for all non-employed residents, and become the medical pillar of non-employed urban and rural residents. As a key component of the medical and health system, resident medical insurance can improve the health level of insured residents to become a concern.Based on the theoretical basis of Grossman Health Demand Model and Anderson Health Service Utilization, this paper analyzes the situation of basic medical insurance and residential health of urban and rural residents in our country.Four research assumptions were proposed.According to the research assumption, the cross-sectional data of 2018 is selected, and the resident health evaluation index system is built from the two aspects of subjective health and objective health.Since the interpreted variables are virtual variables, the empirical part uses the Probit model to regress, and to study whether the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents can promote the health of residents. In addition to the basic return, this paper also constructs a mediation effect model, using medical services as an intermediary variable, selects "Medical Service Organization Level" and "Family Per capita Medical Expenditure" represents medical services, and the mechanism of the influence of residents’ medical insurance on Residents. The results were robive. In addition, this paper has completed heterogeneity analysis from the four aspects of resident medical insurance, age, income and region, and exploring the role of urban and rural residents’ s basic medical insurance to residents in different people.difference.The empirical results show that the basic medical insurance of urban and rural residents has a promotion of resident health.According to the results of the intermediary effect model, this promotion is achieved mainly by lowering the level of medical service providers selected by residents when seeking medical treatment.Resident medical insurance can reduce the actual medical expenditure of the insured, release more demand, thereby safeguarding even the health level of residents.Samples that have implemented the samples of urban and rural residents’ basic medical insurance integrated areas have found separate research, and urban and rural medical insurance integration helps to promote their health of residents. In addition, the influence of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents has the difference in age, income and regional differences, and the residents of youth,low-income and central and central regions have been more significant.Based on the above conclusions, this paper recommends accelerating the basic medical insurance integration process of urban and rural residents, strengthening guidance and supervision of unfinished areas;improving the treatment of low-grade medical institutions, preventing small diseases into major illness, reducing medical services for high-level medical institutions Supply pressure;balance the difference in medical resource density between different regions, improve the medical services of residents, materials, infrastructure, etc.,and increase the availability of effective demand. |
