Observation On The Clinical Effect Of WP Soaking Formula Combined With Western Medicine In Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Cold And Dampness Obstruction

Objective: Through the observation of the clinical efficacy of WP soaking formula combined with western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of cold and dampness obstruction,the therapeutic effect andsafetywere discussed to provide reference for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: The 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type whomet the study criteria were all from the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of Minda Hospital of Hubei Minzu University from July 2019 to October 2020.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into a treatment group(character was shown polioplus partners immersion+methotrexate+radix paeoniae alba total glycosides capsule)and a control group(methotrexate+radix paeoniae alba total glycosides capsules).Thirty cases in each group were observed respectively before and after treatment.The joint swelling number,joint tenderness pain,morning stiffness time,visual analogue scale,DAS28 score,blood sedimentation and c-reactive protein were evaluated in the two groups of patients before and after treatment.The overall efficacy and safety indicators were evaluated at the same time,and the relevant data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 software for statistical analysis.Result: During the treatment,no patients from the two groups dropped out.A total of 60 patients were eventually included in the two groups and completed this experiment,with 30 cases in each group.(1)There were no statistically significant differences in age,course of disease and gender between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were no statistically significant differences in X-ray stage and joint function of both hands between the two groups before treatment(P>05),indicating that the two groups were comparable;(2)The subjective symptom scores,such as the joint swelling number,joint tenderness number,and visual analog score of pain were increased in 2 groups before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And there were also differences between the groups(P<0.05).The morning stiffness time(P>0.05)was not statistically significant;(3)Objective indexes such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein in 2 groups were decreased before and after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and there were also differences between groups(P<0.05);(4)DAS28 in 2 groups was improved before and after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and there were also differences between groups(P<0.05);(5)Comparison of clinical efficacy: the average efficacy,the average efficacy of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group;The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 84.4% in the control group,P<0.05,showing a statistical difference;(6)Safety indicators: There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during and after treatment,and its short-term application was safe and reliable.Conciusion:(1)WP soaking formula combined with western medicine treatment scheme and western medicine treatment scheme alone have good curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis of cold and dampness obstruction,but the integrated Chinese and western medicine scheme is better.(2)WP soaking formula combined with western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of cold and dampness obstruction can reduce the inflammatory indexes of ESR、CRP more effectively,reduce the activity of the disease,control the development of the disease effectively.(3)During thewhole process of treatment,there was no adverse reaction and the safety wasgood.
