| Since the implementation of the new medical reform in 2009,the government and the public have attached great importance to the development of medical and health undertakings.As an important part of the new medical reform,public hospital reform has been the focus and difficulty in the implementation of the new medical reform.Medical staff are the backbone of public hospitals,which is the key to the success of public hospital reform and the smooth implementation of the new medical reform.The government work report has repeatedly stressed that public hospitals must adhere to the nature of public welfare,and the new medical reform should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff.Employee satisfaction is a good evaluation index,public hospital employee satisfaction has become an important measure of the healthy development of public hospitals,is a research hotspot under the background of the new medical reform.Taking J Hospital of XX City in Zhejiang Province as the research object,this paper designs a questionnaire including six dimensions of salary and welfare,promotion and development,working environment,work content,interpersonal relationship and hospital management through literature research method,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the staff of J hospital by using stratified sampling method.Descriptive statistical analysis and differential statistical analysis were carried out on 1884 valid samples by SPSS24.0 analysis software,and qualitative research was carried out through semi-structured interviews.70 employees of J Hospital were interviewed to understand the actual situation of employee satisfaction.On the basis of quantitative and qualitative research,this paper sums up six possible reasons that affect employee satisfaction in public hospitals under the background of the new medical reform: insufficient government financial investment,bottleneck in the integration of government medical resources,unclear division of government functions,unreasonable salary system in public hospitals,restriction on the establishment of public hospitals and rigidity of public hospital management.On this basis,from the government and public hospitals,this paper puts forward seven strategies and suggestions to optimize employee satisfaction in public hospitals,including increasing capital investment in public hospitals,promoting optimal allocation of medical resources,strengthening government management responsibilities,promoting salary system reform,providing good promotion and development space,implementing fine management of public hospitals and creating a good working environment. |
