Clinical Observation Of Zhuangjin Yangxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Low Back Pain Of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures After Percutaneous Vertebroplasty

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhuangjinyangxue Decoction on patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fresh compression fractures and residual low back pain after vertebroplasty.Methods: A collection of primary osteoporotic thoracolumbar single vertebral fresh compression fractures in the inpatient department of the Department of Orthopedics(Spine Surgery)of the Fuzhou Second Hospital from December 2019 to February 2021.70 patients after vertebroplasty(PVP).The 70 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were numbered(01-70),and were divided into 35 cases in the experimental group and 35 cases in the control group according to the random number table.After admission,both groups of patients were treated with conventional orthopedic symptomatic treatments such as pain relief,immobilization,and anti-osteoporosis.Preoperative contraindications were excluded.The two groups of patients were treated with PVP after surgery,and the experimental group was taken orally on the basis of the anti-osteoporosis treatment plan.Zhuangjinyangxue Decoction is taken orally from the second day after the operation,one dose a day,twice in the morning,dinner and after dinner,and the course of treatment is 4 weeks.The control group continued to receive the basic anti-osteoporosis treatment plan.The NRS scores,ODI scores and efficacy evaluations of the two groups of patients were assessed on the first day before surgery,the second day after surgery(before traditional Chinese medicine treatment),and one week,two weeks and one month after drug treatment.Results: 1.General information of the two groups of cases: comparison of gender,age,course of disease,preoperative bone density,surgical segment,etc.,P>0.05,no statistical significance,and comparable.2.There was no statistically significant difference in NRS scores and ODI scores between the test group and the control group 1 day before operation and 2 days after operation(before traditional Chinese medicine treatment)(P>0.05);1 week,2 weeks and 1 week after operation The difference in NRS score and ODI score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)at the end of the month;on the second day after surgery(before traditional Chinese medicine treatment),1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after drug treatment The differences in NRS score and ODI score between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of curative effect scores: Comparison between the two groups of patients: Comparison of the two groups on the second day after operation(before traditional Chinese medicine treatment)and 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after operation,P<0.05,all have statistical significance.Comparison between the two groups of patients: the comparison between groups on the second day after operation(before traditional Chinese medicine treatment),P>0.05,no statistical significance;Mac Nab efficacy scores of 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after operation were performed between each group In comparison,P<0.05,both are statistically significant.The results of the study showed that the excellent and good rate of the experimental group reached 100%,and the excellent and good rate of the control group was 91.2%,indicating that the improvement of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: 1.The NRS scores and ODI scores of the two groups of patients in the first week,two weeks,and one month after the operation were better than those on the second day after the operation(before traditional Chinese medicine treatment).Osteoporosis combined with Zhuangjin Yangxue Decoction can improve residual low back pain after surgery.2.The improvement of NRS scores and ODI scores of the experimental group at various time points after treatment were better than those of the control group,and the improvement rate of Mac Nab curative effect results of the experimental group before and after treatment was better than that of the control group,indicating that Zhuangjinyangxue Decoction had better efficacy Osteoporosis treatment.
