Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuangjin Yangxue Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with kidney deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome,expand the applicative scope of this prescription,and provide more basis for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with Traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty patients who conform to the requirements were collected and divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group has30 cases.The treatment group was given the Traditional Chinese medicine formula granule of Zhuangjin Yangxue Decoction,and the control group was given mecobalamine capsules and imrecoxib tablets.All subjects were treated for 14 days.VAS scores and clinical efficacy were observed and recorded before and after treatment.The data of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:There were 27 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group completed successfully.There difference of general data(gender,age,course of disease)was no statistically significance between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),while there was statistically significant difference in VSA scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.59% in the treatment group and 89.29% in the control group,which is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).No adverse reactions/events occurred in either group.Conclusion:Zhuangjin Yangxue Decoction has a good short-term clinical efficacy in the treatment of umbar disc herniation with kidney deficiencyand blood-stasis syndrome,which is equivalent to the clinical efficacy of taking mecobalamine capsules and imrecoxib tablets orally.Zhuangjin Yangxue Decoction is safe in short-term application in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with kidney deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome. |
