| Health is an inevitable requirement for the all-round development of people,an important symbol of national prosperity and the richness of country,and the common pursuit of masses of people.The integration of sports and medicine is an urgent need for the national strategic deployment to promote the deep integration of national fitness and national health;As an agricultural country,how to realize the integration of sports and medicine in New Countryside and promote the construction of healthy new countryside has become a major national problem.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,field survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper investigates the current situation of new rural integration of sports and medicine in three districts and two counties of Dongying City,and analyzes the current dilemma of new rural integration of sports and medicine.The conclusions are as follows:First,the implementation rules and supporting laws and regulations system of sports medical integration organization construction system in new rural areas of Dongying City are incomplete;the funding system has not been established;the construction system of sports medical integration compound talent team has not been planned,which is difficult to meet the needs of health service development.Second,there is a lack of collaborative management of sports departments in the service institutions related to the integration of sports and medicine in villages and towns;Only28.2% of the new rural sports institutions and physique monitoring points have been popularized.On the whole,the degree of organization of sports medical integration is low.Third,residents’ awareness of the integration of sports and medicine is low,and their understanding of health maintenance such as sports and health care is insufficient.Although rural doctors have achieved full coverage,51.3% of the village clinics radiate more than one thousand people,and more than 69.2% of the village doctors do not understand the integration of sports and medicine,have a wide range of services and can not provide professional sports and medical services;There is a lack of compound talents such as sports rehabilitation therapists.Fourth,the sports and medical departments only have business cooperation relationship in the popularization of health lifestyle and chronic disease prevention knowledge,and have not integrated management and Analysis on physical monitoring,physical fitness knowledge,medical prescription,health files,etc.The health information and monitoring data of rural residents are not comprehensive,so it is difficult to share sports and medical resources and information.Fifth,the funding channel of the integration of sports and medicine is single,and the infrastructure construction is unbalanced.More than 90% of the villagers think that sports rehabilitation,fitness monitoring and evaluation resources are in short supply;The government has limited funds for the construction of sports medical integration,so it is urgent to broaden the funding channels.In view of the practical difficulties of the new rural integration of sports and medicine,this paper puts forward the optimization path: first,to build the new rural integration of sports and medicine policy guarantee system;second,to explore the new rural integration of sports and medicine operation and management mode;third,to comprehensively improve the popularization and cognition of the new rural integration of sports and medicine;fourth,to build a three-dimensional integration of medical personnel training mode to solve the contradiction between job supply and demand;fifth,to build a new rural integration of sports and medicine health Sixth,we should broaden the channels of funding support for the integration of sports and medicine,and promote the establishment of national special funds;seventh,we should plan the layout of sports and medicine construction,and reasonably improve the existing facilities. |
