| Objective: To evaluate the changing trend of liver function and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NALFD)in obese patients after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG)by non-invasive means, and to explore the correlation between metabolic changes and changes in NAFLD after weight loss. Methods: retrospectively collected in August2018 to June 2019 in the second affiliated hospital, anhui medical university LSG operation,103 cases of patients with obesity, improve the preoperative and postoperative general data and liver function related laboratory measurements, and to all patients with NAFLD noninvasive score, analysis of LSG postoperative liver function index of the changes of the patients in the short term, and to assess LSG treatment of NAFLD.The correlation between various metabolic changes and changes in NAFLD was analyzed. Results:A total of 103 obese patients with NAFLD were included in this study.Compared with before operation, body weight,BMI,waist circumference, glucose and lipid metabolism were significantly improved at 1month after operation.;Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel test showed that there were significant differences in the constituent ratio of low-risk,medium risk and high-risk before and after operation(P < 0.05),and the risk degree of NFS decreased.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the severity of NAFLD was related to the waist-hip ratio(r=0.269,P =0.01),and the improvement of NAFLD was related to the improvement of insulin resistance. Conclusion: LSG may further affect and ameliorate NAFLD by improving insulin resistance in patients. |
