| Objective:In this study,the self-designed Sixian Decoction combined with manual reduction and small splint fixation in the treatment of osteoporotic Colles fracture was studied to demonstrate the effectiveness and safety of the treatment scheme,and to provide a basis for clinical promotion and use.Methods:Patients with osteoporotic Colles fracture who were admitted to the Second Department of Orthopedics and Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected.After strict screening,60 patients who met the criteria were included and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.After the position of manual reduction was satisfactory,the control group was treated with external splint fixation and oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets as anti-osteoporosis treatment.Based on the experimental group in the control group on the treatment day and to take the four fairy medicinal broth,records of two groups of patients after treatment with phased in pain Score(Visual Analogue Score,VAS),limb swelling degree,Gartland-Werley wrist joint function Score,Bone mineral density(ipads mineral density,BMD),Bone alkaline phosphatase(ipads alkaline phosphatase,B-ALP)levels and compare,To evaluate the efficacy of Sixian Decoction in the treatment of osteoporotic Colles fracture.Results:1.General situation: the gender,age and injured side of patients in the two groups were random before treatment,and there was no statistical significance in statistical test(P>0.05),indicating comparative value.2.VAS score: Compared with before treatment,the VAS score at 2 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment was statistically significant in both groups(P<0.01).In terms of efficacy superiority,the experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Swelling degree: the comparison between the two groups of the circumference of the transverse wrist lines of the affected limb at 2 days,2 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).The comparison of the circumference of the transverse wrist lines of the affected limb between the two groups at 2 days and 2.weeks after treatment showed that the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.G-W functional score: The results of G-W functional score data at 8 and 12 weeks after treatment in the two groups showed statistically significant differences by Mann-Whitney U test(P<0.05).The excellent and good rates of wrist function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.5.Bone mineral density(BMD): There was no significant difference in BMD T value between the two groups at 12 weeks after treatment(P > 0.05).6.Bone alkaline phosphatase: there was a statistically significant difference in serum B-ALP values between the two groups at the 2nd and 12 th weeks after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01).The comparison of B-ALP values between the two groups after the 2nd and 12 th week of treatment showed statistically significant difference(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group.7.Clinical efficacy: the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%,and the effective rate of the control group was 80.0%.Kruskal-Wallis test showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The self-made Sixian Decoction has obvious curative effect in improving the pain of affected limbs,promoting the elimination of swelling and the recovery of wrist function,and can significantly increase the serum B-ALP level,which has application value in the treatment of osteoporotic fracture. |
