Evaluation Of The Curative Effect Of Dilong Shuyao Decoction On Postoperative Residual Pain Of Degenerative Lumbar Scoliosis

Objective:To observe the effect of Dilong Shuyao Decoction on the treatment of low back pain after degenerative lumbar scoliosis.Methods:A total of 67 patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis who underwent posterior lumbar surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n = 33)and Chinese medicine group(n = 34)according to the time sequence of surgery.The control group was given conventional analgesia,physical therapy,rehabilitation training and other treatments,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Dilong Shuyao Decoction plus or minus adjuvant treatment on the basis of the control group.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)were used to score patients’ lumbar and back pain and function before and after treatment in both groups,and the total effective rate of treatment in the two groups was calculated.Results:During the actual follow-up,there were 1 case of shedding in the control group and2 cases in the TCM group.A total of 64 cases had actually completed the research,32 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the treatment group.After 7 days,14 days,1month and 3 months after treatment,VAS and ODI scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the reduction in TCM group was greater than that in control group.When the two groups were compared,the VAS and ODI scores in the TCM group were lower than those in the control group after 7 days,14 days,1 month and 3 months,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).After 7 days,14 days,1 month and 3 months after treatment,the effective rate of the TCM group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Adjuvant treatment with Dilong Shuyao Decoction after degenerative lumbar scoliosis can effectively relieve residual pain symptoms in the back and waist,speed up functional recovery and promote the recovery of patients.
