Bushen Huoxue Decoction Promotes Internal Fixation Of Femoral Neck Fracture With Cannulated Compression Screw Clinical Observation Of Posterior Fracture Healing

Objective:After the treatment of femoral neck fracture with Bushen Huoxue Decoction and hollow compression screw internal fixation,the difference of curative effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with hollow compression screw internal fixation and simple hollow compression screw internal fixation on fracture healing of femoral neck fracture was analyzed and compared,so as to provide a convenient and inexpensive treatment method for clinical treatment of femoral neck fracture after operation.Methods:64 cases of femoral neck fracture patients in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to March 2020 were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hollow compression screw internal fixation,and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction after hollow compression screw internal fixation.The treatment group began to take Bushen Huoxue Decoction on the first day after operation,4 weeks as a course of treatment,3consecutive courses;the control group did not take oral drugs.The liver and kidney function were reexamined before operation and 1,3 months after operation.The fracture healing degree of the two groups was analyzed by Lane Sandhu The X-ray scoring standard was evaluated by the anteroposterior and lateral X-ray film of the hip joint at 1,3,6 and 12 months after the operation;the nonunion standard of the femoral neck fracture in practical orthopedics was used in the two groups;the nonunion rate of the femoral neck fracture was calculated by the anteroposterior and lateral X-ray film of the hip joint at 12 months after the operation;the Harris scoring standard was used in the hip joint function standard,and the nonunion rate was calculated at 12 months after the operation The excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the two groups was calculated statistically.Finally,SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the collected data.Results:1.Baseline data: there was no significant difference in age,gender and garden classification distribution of femoral neck fracture between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Lane Sandhu X-ray score: there was no significant difference in fracture healing between the two groups in the first month(P > 0.05),but the treatment group was better than the control group in the third,sixth and twelfth month(P < 0.05).3.Fracture nonunion rate: 12 months after operation,the fracture nonunion rate of the treatment group was 3.33%,which was lower than 20.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Excellent and good rate of hip joint function: 12 months after operation,the excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Decoction can promote fracture healing after internal fixation of femoral neck fracture with cannulated compression screw,and has a certain positive effect on the recovery of hip joint function and reducing the nonunion rate of femoral neck fracture.It has no toxic side effects and safe medication,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
