Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Medical And Hygiene Supervision In Ulan Qab City

With the gradual prosperity of our country’s economy,a large number of medical and health resources have emerged,health services and related services have entered the public’s field of vision,new industries,new models and new forms continue to flow out,and the corresponding medical and health supervision system is also changing.Medical and health supervision directly affect people’s health and medical safety.Although my country’s health and health supervision system has undergone several reforms,the work of medical and health supervision still faces challenges.This article quotes relevant documents and materials of medical and health supervision,on-site investigation of medical and health supervision in Ulanqab City,statistical analysis of the distribution of institutions and personnel,conduct a questionnaire survey of medical and health personnel to sort out the current situation of medical and health supervision in Ulanqab City,it is found that there are still some problems in medical and health supervision,and these problems urgently need to be solved.For example: the law enforcement subject is not authorized by law,the organization’s positioning is not clear,severe shortage of personnel,the structure is unreasonable,the overall job satisfaction is low,lack of supervision,the awareness of law enforcement is poor,and the masses’ participation in social supervision is low.Analysis of the reasons may be incomplete system reform,unclear supervisory functions,insufficient approved establishment,incomplete laws and regulations,lack of awareness of administration by law,and inadequate relevant publicity,etc.The author draws on the experience of other regions,based on the actual situation in Ulanqab,make a summary,then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to continue to deepen system reform,rationalize function positioning,rationally allocate human resources,improve laws and regulations,promote the assured performance of the project,innovative supervision models,and focus on publicity and guidance,provide reference for Ulanqab City to better exert its medical and health supervision functions in the future,so as to ensure the medical and health safety and people’s health in Ulan Qab City.
