The Clinical Observation Of Bashen-Banzheng Manipulation And Orthosis For Hallux Valgus

Objective:Aim to compare the treatment of mild varus with self-made orthosis,and to find a safe and effective conservative treatment patients.Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of extender and orthosis combined with orthosis in the treatment of mild varus.Methods;Patients with mild varus(40 feet)who met the clinical diagnostic criteria were included.The patients were divided into two groups with odd number and even number as control group.The experimental group was treated with extension wrench and 24 hours orthosis.The orthosis was treated once a day for two days.The orthosis was divided into day and night type,and six weeks was a course of treatment.The control group was treated with routine gymnastics correction and valgus,once a day and six weeks as a course of treatment.The VAS pain score,X line measurement index and ankle surgery general AOFAS scoring system were used before and after treatment to evaluate whether the patient’s condition had changed from various aspects.After the course of treatment,the relevant data were sorted out and analyzed.Results1.The VAS scores of 1two groups were tested by independent sample t=-3.061,P=0.004(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group’s treatment effect on pain relief was better than that of the control group.2.The average AOFAS score of the treatment group was 79.65,the AOFAS score of the control group was 65.80,and the AOFAS score of the two groups was t=0.218,P=0.829(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion1.The treatment with orthopaedic appliance can eliminate the slight varus deformity,relieve the pain and gradually restore the normal shape of the toe.2.pull-out and pull-out manipulation combined with orthopaedic treatment,the curative effect is obviously better than that of routine exercise treatment.3.stretching and pulling manipulation combined with orthosis in the treatment of mild varus without obvious adverse reactions in the test,the treatment is safe and effective.
