Hallux valgus is a very common foot deformity,especially in women.At present,there are two main treatments for hallux valgus disease: surgical treatment and nonsurgical conservative treatment.However,due to the certain risks and high recurrence rate of surgical treatment,conservative treatment has become the first choice for most patients.In conservative treatment,the use of hallux valgus orthoses to prevent and correct foot deformities is the most common.Among them,prefabricated hallux valgus orthoses still have many problems in terms of comfort and effect.The design and research of hallux valgus orthosis usually obtain the needs of some hallux valgus patients through questionnaires,interviews,human-machine analysis and other methods,and there are problems such as difficulty in patient recruitment and incomplete patient needs.In order to solve these problems in the research process of hallux valgus orthosis design,this paper proposes an improved design method for hallux valgus orthosis products based on online review big data mining user needs.Firstly,after comparing the review data of various e-commerce platforms,Jing Dong.com(JD)was selected as the data source,and the online review data of hallux valgus orthosis in JD was crawled as the original data set.Secondly,the original data set is cleaned and preprocessed,and the target data set is clustered based on the unsupervised machine learning clustering model-Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)model to obtain the topics and characteristic keywords that users pay attention to.Thirdly,the Snow NLP sentiment model is used to score the sentiment of keywords in the topic and quantify user satisfaction,and establish the mapping relationship between characteristic keywords and user needs.Acquire the pain points of the traditional hallux valgus orthosis and the latest needs of users as the basis for product improvement design.Based on online reviews mining,the results of user needs are as follow:(1)After purchasing the product,the users of hallux valgus orthosis discussed five topics: user experience,merchant service,cost performance,product effect and product quality.(2)The emotional scores in the five themes are generally positive,but the user satisfaction of the three themes of user experience,product effect,and product quality is relatively low,and there are many keywords with low emotional scores.Finally,an improved design was carried out and the effectiveness of the modified hallux valgus orthosis was verified by surface electromyography and subjective evaluation.The traditional hallux valgus orthosis was the control group,and the modified hallux valgus orthosis was the experimental group.The results are as follow:(1)In the extensor pollicis brevis,there was a significant difference between the integral electromyography(i EMG)values of the control group and the experimental group.The mean power frequency(MPF)value of the control group and the experimental group showed a decreasing trend with time,and the experimental group decreased less.The modified hallux valgus orthosis significantly improved the muscle fatigue of the extensor pollicis brevis of the foot during the orthopedic procedure.(2)In the abductor pollicis muscle,the MPF value of the control group and the experimental group showed a downward trend with time,but there was no significant difference between the i EMG values of the control group and the experimental group.It shows that the modified hallux valgus orthosis has little effect on the fatigue of the abductor hallucis muscle.(3)In the subjective comfort evaluation,the scores of the three dimensions of attachment,harm,and anxiety in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups,indicating that the improved hallux valgus orthosis was more comfortable.(4)The verification experimental results show that the improved hallux valgus orthosis can effectively solve the problems in the process of wearing the orthosis,which proves that the improved design method of the hallux valgus orthosis based on the online review big data mining user needs is feasible.This research provides designers with a comprehensive user research direction.The product improvement design method based on online reviews big data mining user needs can avoid the defects of previous user research methods and enrich the research system of user research in the process of product improvement design.The results of this research can help guide medical auxiliary product companies to discover the defects and advantages of their own products for specific customer groups and accurately formulate product iteration plans.Finally,this study provides an improved hallux valgus orthosis,which provides a research basis and ideas for the design of future hallux valgus orthoses. |
