| Background:Non-traumatic femoral head necrosis is related to the interruption of blood supply caused by various factors.Clinical observations have found that the biochemical indicators(especially blood lipid levels)in the patient’s body have changed.This study aims to screen the differentially expressed genes in patients with femoral head necrosis through GEO chips,and the relationship between clinical biochemical indicators and non-traumatic femoral head necrosis.Methods: Download GSE123568 from GEO dataset to analyze the differentially expressed genes in femoral head necrosis.The basic information and biochemical indexes of 1292 non-traumatic femoral head necrosis patients and 1880 healthy controls were collected.Use SPSS software(version 22.0)to process and analyze the data.Quantitative variables were analyzed by two-tailed T test.Categorical variables used chi-square test.P value<0.05 is a statistically significant index.Result: The analysis of GEO chip showed that there were 388 differentially expressed genes in femoral head necrosis,with 122 high expression and 266 low expression.Find 12 genes related to lipid metabolism.In the patient’s body,the genes CCR2,CEBPD,ABCG1,PID1,SORL1 and LRRK2 showed high expression,while ABCG2,ACSL6,HMBS,JAZF1,SESN3 and LCN2 genes showed low expression.In the overall sample,the levels of TC(p = 0.000),LDL(p = 0.014)and PLT(p = 0.000)were statistically significant between the two groups.Compared with the control group,patients with alcoholic ONFH had significant differences in HDL(p = 0.002);LDL(p = 0.000);PLT(p = 0.000)levels.Compared with normal people,the TC in the patient’s body decreases,while the levels of LDL and PLT increase.The older the age of onset,the lower the level of TC;HDL;LDL;Apo A1;Apo B;PLT in the body.With the prolongation of the onset time,the level of PLT in the patient’s body is continuously decreasing.Conclusion: The changes of lipid metabolism related indexes were closely related to the occurrence of non-traumatic ONFH.However,the application of hormone and alcohol will cause changes in the regulation of lipid metabolism gene,leading to the disorder of lipid metabolism level in the body.Our study may provide a new direction for the prevention of ONFH. |
