| Objective:Applied 3D technology to reconstruct intracranial hematoma and measured the hematoma volume contrast with Tada formula,and explored the precision evaluation volume of 3D technology for intracranial hematoma.Methods:The cranial CT imaging data of a total of 536 patients with intracranial hematoma from December 2017 to December 2020 in the940 Hospital of joint logistics support force of Chinese people’s liberation army(Lanzhou General Hospital of Lanzhou Military Region)were collected(intracerebral hematoma n=354,acute epidural hematoma n=87,acute subdural hematoma n=49,chronic subdural hematoma n=46).3D slicer software and Tadaformula were used to measure the volume of intracranial hematoma.The hematomas were grouped according to their morphology and size,and the measured results were compared and analyzed.Results:The volume of intracranial hematoma measured by 3D software has a good correlation with that measured by Tada formula.The results and differences of hematoma volume obtained by 3D software method and Tada formula in intracranial hematoma were as follows:Intracerebral hematoma(26.0 ± 20.3)ml &(29.0 ± 23.3)ml,the results of the two methods were significantly different(t = 6.202,P< 0.001);Acute epidural hematoma(65.9 ±47.8)ml &(66.3 ± 51.8)ml),there was no significant difference between the results of the two methods(t = 0.330,P> 0.743);Acute subdural hematoma(47.6 ± 24.3)ml &(54.8 ± 28.7)ml),the results of the two methods were significantly different(t = 4.260,P< 0.001);Chronic subdural hematoma(106.8 ± 45.8)ml &(111.1 ± 40.9)ml,the results did not differ between the two methods(t = 1.306,P> 0.198).Conclusion:The volume of intracranial hematoma measured by 3D software is smaller than that calculated by dota formula.The larger the volume of hematoma is,the more significant the error between the two methods is.The 3D software method was more accurate than the Tada formula method for measuring the volume of intracranial hematoma,and the precision was higher for measuring irregular hematoma and larger hematoma.There was no significant advantage of 3D software method over Tada formula method for volume measurement of acute epidural hematoma and chronic subdural hematoma.The 3D software method has the advantages of precision and free,which can be widely used in intracranial hematoma measurement,and is more credible than Tada formula when dynamic observation of the volume change of intracranial hematoma is required,making clinical treatment decisions more accurate. |
