| Objective:Different drugs are used to flush mammary ducts to treat mammary ductitis, comparing the effects of different drugs, and analyzing their clinical therapeutic value. Methods:A collection of 106 patients with mammary ductitis admitted to the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery of Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital from May 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(16 cases),the observation group 1(30 cases),the observation group 2(30 cases)),the observation group 3(30 cases). The control group received 0.9%normal saline treatment of mammary ductal irrigation;the observation group 1 received vitamin B12 treatment of mammary ductal irrigation;the observation group 2 received gentamicin treatment of mammary ductal irrigation;the observation group 3 received gentamicin plus dexamethasone treatment of mammary ductal irrigation.Irrigation was performed once a day,and each group was flushed for 3 weeks.Re-check the mammary ductoscopy to analysis and compare the effect of each group.Result:After the treatment of 106 patients with mammary ductitis, the results of re-examination of mammary ductitis surgery in the second week showed that 25 cases were significantly effective and 30 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 51.89%.In the third week, the mammary ductoscopy results showed that 39 cases were significantly effective and 28 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 63.21%.At the second month of follow-up review,2 cases relapsed, with a recurrence rate of 2.99%;1 case was lost to follow-up,with a follow-up rate of 98.51%.In the second and third weeks of re-examination,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The total effective rates of treatment in observation group 1 were,respectively,43.33%and 56.67%at the second and third week reviewand, and the total effective rates of treatment in observation group 2 were,respectively,53.33%and 66.67%at the second and third week review. The total effective rate of treatment between the observation group 1 and the observation group 2 was not statistically significant in the two re-examinations,P>0.05.2 Weekend review results of mammary ductoscopy, the total effective rate of the observation group 3 is 80%,and the total effective rate of the observation group 2 is 53.33%.The total effective rate of the observation group 3 and the observation group 2 is statistically significant,P<0.05.The results of the 3 weekend mammary ductoscopy showed that the total effective rate of the observation group 3 was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the observation group 2 was 66.67%.There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the observation group 3 and the observation group 2.P>0.05.The observation group 3 had a total effective rate of 80%at the second week of re-examination,and 86.67%at the third week of re-examination.There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two,P>0.05.Conclusion:Mammary ductal irrigation has a clear curative effect on mammary ductitis, and the curative effect of drug irrigation is better than normal saline irrigation. The efficacy of gentamicin is slightly better than that of vitamin B12,but there is no statistical difference. The efficacy of gentamicin plus dexamethasone is better than that of gentamicin alone, indicating that dexamethasone has a early significant effect. For cases that have not improved significantly in 2 weeks, the effect of rinsing is not significant in the short-term.The long-term effect needs further observation, and other treatment methods should be added in the short-term. |
