Objective: Investigate the relationship between anisodamine used in laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and the effect of weight loss 12 months after operation. Methods: From April 2019 to December 2019,117 patients who have passed the screening and signed the informed consent form in our center would be randomly divided into two groups.64 patients in the experimental group were given anisodamine 10 mg during sleeve gastrectomy, and 53 patients in the control group were given normal saline10 mg during sleeve gastrectomy. The preoperative and intraoperative conditions were recorded, including preoperative height, weight,BMI,waist circumference, and the resected gastric volume(RGV).The patients were followed up within 1 year after operation, and the difference of the percentage of extra weight loss(%EWL)between the two groups was recorded. The data of normal distribution was expressed as (?) ± s;the differences between the experimental group and the control group were analyzed by T-test and chi square test, and the study on the influencing factors of postoperative treatment effect and isolated gastric volume was carried out by Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Result: All the 117 patients underwent LSG successfully. No major bleeding, spleen rupture and other complications occurred. The RGV was measured successfully in 102 cases, and the results showed : there was no statistical difference between the two groups. The patients were followed up for 12 months, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The use of anisodamine during operation has no effect on the volume of isolated stomach and the effect of weight loss after operation.
