In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the incidence of stroke is also increasing.Up to now,stroke is the most harmful disease to human health in the world.The existing TCM confederation mode is a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system vigorously advocated by the state.Based on the medical record information system of medical institutions and linked by electronic medical records,TCM confederation of brain patients is established,which greatly provides convenience for people’s medical treatment.Electronic medical record is the fundamental data of patients.Because a lot of patient information will be involved in electronic medical record,data privacy protection of electronic medical record is particularly important.By consulting data and searchable encryption,patient data can not be accessed at will,and can be set according to the permissions,only fixed personnel are allowed to access,if access to patient data needs to be authorized by the patient.Based on the above background,in order to protect the privacy of patients’ medical data,this paper proposes the use of searchable encryption technology to ensure the security of patient data privacy.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)in this paper,through the analysis of couplet of existing brain single Chinese medicine,in the original couplet of medical information system platform,analyzed the system of information retrieval model,the problems existing in the electronic medical record storage model,and the advantage of combining block chain,put forward more suitable for patients with user privacy emr data search and storage methods,to satisfy the medical couplet of internal information sharing between medical institutions to stroke.(2)According to the existing problems of search and storage of private data of brain-pailer confluent of traditional Chinese medicine,the asymmetric searchable encryption technology is proposed to encrypt the patient’s private data and store the ciphertext in the cloud server,which not only ensures the security of patient data access,but also ensures the efficient storage and retrieval of patient data.(3)The method of combining private chain and alliance chain is proposed to store the transaction sheet generated by the doctor after the patient sees a doctor on the block chain,which solves the storage problem of the block chain.When users access data,they use keywords and secret keys to generate the trap door for data retrieval,and has great significance to the protection of data privacy.This article through to the private chain,chain and the way of the combination of cloud storage,using a searchable encryption,encryption method using asymmetric encryption methods,can improve the brain death of couplet of TCM in patients with data privacy and security,the illicit close sex of the increasing data storage and improve the patients’ data access threshold,data storage and access to health care industry to provide practical experience.
