Data can help people better understand the world,analyze problems and make decisions,and data is also very important in the medical field.Doctors can better diagnose and treat diseases by analyzing patients’ medical records,test results and medical data.At the same time,medical research also needs a large amount of data support in order to better understand the pathogenesis and treatment methods of diseases.Medical data faces risks while being used,especially the medical industry stores important and sensitive information of patients in different institutions.Once such sensitive information is leaked,it will not only bring economic and reputational losses to medical companies,but also bring various adverse effects to the lives of patients.Privacy protection is an important security mechanism in the use of medical information,but there are still some deficiencies in the process of use.As the core technology of Bitcoin and Hyperledger,blockchain has the properties of decentralization,data cannot be tampered with,traceable,unforgeable,programmable,etc.The use of blockchain technology can realize the security and credible management of the privacy of electronic medical records.Therefore,starting from the privacy protection scenario of electronic medical record data,this thesis proposes a blockchain-based electronic medical record privacy protection scheme to improve the encryption method of electronic medical record information to achieve the goal of access and privacy protection.The specific research is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of privacy information leakage and patients’ inability to determine the right to use data in the current use of electronic medical records,a blockchain-based privacy protection model for electronic medical records is proposed.This model divides electronic medical record information into primary and secondary information,and different levels of information correspond to different access strategies,minimizing the use of the most sensitive information;using a combination of on-chain and off-chain storage methods to reduce the amount of data The first-level information is encrypted and stored in the blockchain,and the second-level information is encrypted and stored in the DHT distributed storage system under the chain.Information such as location index and medical record number are stored on the chain.The linkage of the first-level and second-level information is realized through the medical record number;visit Policies are formulated by data owners and selected by patients,speeding up the efficiency of policy formulation and achieving fine-grained access control.(2)In view of the deficiencies in the application of blockchain system and attribute encryption technology,the research status of electronic medical records in blockchain and attribute encryption is analyzed,and a privacy protection scheme for electronic medical records suitable for blockchain is proposed.Establish multiple attribute agencies to solve the problem of centralized attribute authorization agencies and single point of failure;support the revocation of access rights of data users,and solve the problem that data users have access rights for too long and access rights cannot be effectively revoked after access authorization;realize attribute The records of the process of authorization and access right revocation,fully record the above process in the block.The entity and process of the detailed design of the scheme are expounded in detail,and the safety proof is carried out.(3)Build a Hyper Ledger Fabric network environment,use the commonly used cryptography framework charm,conduct simulation experiments on the proposed privacy protection scheme,and compare and analyze this scheme with related literature in terms of functional characteristics,technical overhead,and storage overhead.The results show that this scheme has advantages in the above three aspects.
