Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of remazolam besylate used in painless artificial abortion. Methods:Using a randomized,single-blind,controlled study method,120 patients undergoing painless artificial abortion under intravenous general anesthesia were divided into two groups by random number table:Remazolam besylate group(test group)and Propofol group(control group). All patients received intravenous injection of sufentanil citrate 0.1μg/kg for analgesic pretreatment. The initial doses of the test group and the control group were injected respectively with remazolam besylate 7mg and propofol emulsion 1.5mg/kg.According to the needs of surgery, the test group was supplemented with remazolam besylate 2.5 mg/time,and the control group was supplemented with propofol emulsion injection 0.5 mg/kg/time.Record and compare the age, height, weight and other general information of the two groups of patients;record heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation of the two groups of patients after entering the room(T0),at 2 minutes after administration of sedatives(T1),4minutes after administration(T2),at the end of surgery(T3),5 minutes after the operation(T4),10 minutes after the operation(T5),and 15 minutes after the operation(T6);observe and record the occurrence of perioperative adverse reactions such as the circulatory depression, respiratory depression, injection pain, dizziness, gait instability, etc.;record the length of time and diachronic changes when the patient’s modified alertness/sedation(MOAA/S)score drops to 0 after the administration;record the number of cases and the number of additional sedatives required for the two groups of patients;record the number of patients in the two groups who failed anesthesia and required remedial treatment;and record the length of operation, recovery time and discharge time of the two groups of patients. Results:There was no significant difference in general information and operation time between the two groups of patients. From the beginning of the administration to the time when the patients were fully awake and meeting the discharge criteria, there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure at different times between the test group and the control group and within the group(P>0.05);at T1,T2,the difference in systolic blood pressure between the test group and the control group and within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of hypotension between the two groups(P>0.05).At T1,T2,T4,and T5,the difference in heart rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with T0,the difference in heart rate in the test group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the difference in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no heart rate<50 beats/min in both groups. The incidence of decreased blood oxygen saturation in the test group was statistically lower than that in the control group,(P<0.05);the test group did not have respiratory depression, and the incidence of respiratory depression in the control group was 3.3%(P>0.05).After administration, the incidence of injection pain in the test group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the two groups were awake quickly after the operation, and the time from the last administration until the subjects met the standard discharge from the hospital was shorter in the test group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remazolam besylate can provide safe and effective sedation for painless artificial abortion.Compared with propofol, remazolam besylate has the advantages of low incidence of injection pain, slight inhibition of respiratory and circulation, and higher quality recovery. |
