Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of continuous pump injection of remazolam besylate and propofol in hysteroscopic surgery. Methods: A randomized, single blind, controlled study was conducted to select 120 hospitalized patients who underwent hysteroscopic anesthesia from December 2020 to March 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group(continuous pump injection of remazolam besylate)and the control group(continuous pump injection of propofol). In the observation group, sufentanil 0.1ug/kg was injected intravenously, remimazolam besylate 0.2mg/kg was slowly injected intravenously after2 min,and then remimazolam besylate 0.5mg/kg/h was continuously pumped. In the control group, sufentanil 0.1ug/kg was injected intravenously, propofol 2mg / kg was injected intravenously slowly after 2min,and propofol 5mg/kg/h was injected continuously. The patients in both groups stopped administration 1min before the end of the operation.Collect the general indicators of patients,at the same time, the hysteroscopic operation conditions of the two groups were collected, such as hysteroscopic operation time, operator satisfaction and patient satisfaction. The mean arterial pressure(map),heart rate(HR),pulse oxygen saturation(Sp O2)and BIS values were observed before administration(T1),after administration(T2),5 minutes after operation(T3)and when waking up(T4).The onset time, recovery time, respiratory depression, injection pain and other adverse reactions during perioperative anesthesia were recorded. Results: A total of 120 patients with hysteroscopic surgery completed this study, including 60 cases in the observation group and 60 cases in the control group. The success rate of sedation in both groups was 100%.There was no significant difference in age, height and weight between the two groups(P > 0.05);There was no significant difference in hysteroscopy time and patient satisfaction between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the operator satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group; There was no significant difference in onset time and recovery time between the two groups(P > 0.05).Changes of vital signs: HR in the observation group was higher at T2 and T3(P < 0.01);The map of the observation group was significantly higher at T2-T4(P < 0.01),and the Sp O2 value of the observation group was higher at T2(P < 0.01).Changes of BIS value: compared with the control group, the BIS value of the observation group was higher at T2 and T3(P < 0.01);There was no significant difference in BIS between the two groups at T1 and T4(P > 0.05).Adverse reactions: the incidence of adverse events such as bradycardia, respiratory depression, hypotension, injection pain and intraoperative body movement in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion : Continuous pump injection of remazolam besylate combined with sufentanil is safe and effective for anesthesia of hysteroscopic surgery. In terms of effectiveness, the sedation success rate of remazolam besylate was equivalent to that of propofol; In terms of safety, the incidence of adverse reactions such as bradycardia, respiratory depression, hypotension and injection pain of remazolam besylate is lower than that of propofol, with no serious adverse reactions and high safety. |
